A kitsune?

Like... that would have sold the SP right there. Of course they wouldn't have bundled the kitsune into the SP!

    Yep. I would have loved this to have been part of the season pass instead of any of the characters except Jada and Jacqueline. This is such a beautiful looking character.

    I think it's the dForce Maho outfit, which goes to a dead link.

    Even though I don't mind the animations. Though i really wish daz would give a option to the buyer a choice of choosing something else if they are not an animator. seems silly to me.

    I haven't done this yet... but they say you can use the animations as "poses" by running through the timeline and stopping where you want to render a static image. (In effect, another set of poses even if it's an animation.)

    Hopefully, the Sale page stuff will be all cleaned up tomorrow so I can get my hands on this one. Definitely going into the cart for now...

    It's a new month! Sweet. Looks like I'm about to blow my Daz money for the month again, and it's only the second. Though that Maho outfit may be in the mix tomorrow, or whenever it's actually for sale.

    She comes with the tail and ears, yeah? Doesn't say anything about them in her details.

    Wow, that Kiko product page is remarkably uninformative.

    It does mention Tail & Ear stuff, including a tail prop? Also, anatomical elements textures, if one is so inclined...

    I think the Ears are a Morph? Pretty nice job with that.

    The tail and ears are included. This might just be my favorite 8.1 bundle; after the season pass stuff, it's nice to get a bundle for the sake of the bundle and not just to get other stuff cheap.

    Holy moly, her character description is something else though. "She took pure pleasure in ruining others lives’ and would stop at nothing to get her way" I dunno if I really get that looking at her promos but I suppose tying her 'lore' into a singing contest is a pretty fun idea. Who is this "Kota" though-? Already released character or a teaser for an upcoming anime-ale?

    This has shown the disadvantage of the SP gamble. The chance to win also leads to a chance to lose out. Being a glass 90% empty type of person, this is precisely what I expected from gambling on the SP, and I just can't bring myself to gamble on anything.

    Her description isn't *that* strange for an anime character. Read the descriptions for Acicia Bundle or Maris and Maris Hair.

    I like that she's a villain. But aside from potentially affecting the design of her bundle items, it doesn't matter much since she can be whatever you want in your renders and stories.

    Her skin looks particularly plastic-y. Any better renders from those who have bought her, to show her skin better?

    edit: by "better", I actually mean out of the box or customer images rather than promos. Sorry.

    Looks like a great figure.. too bad DAZ didn't manage to get something like her out for the G8 generation, as now as a G8.1 she is a no-buy for me...

    I want to get Kiko, like her makeup options, and get more information about her ears and tail, and how these compare to Acicia.

    Kitsune are usually presented as tricksters who can be simply mischievous or downright malevolent, and they're often vengeful. So that description does fit.

    She's got textbook kitsune description from the Japanese folklore. They weren't cute foxgirls they are in modern pop-culture.

    Well, if this means we'll get a fox boy next, then I might -and I stress MIGHT- be inclined to break my self-imposed abstaining from buying Daz stuff now.

     I get some people would have preferred this on SP. But also consider this is still a "toon" character, and lots of people feared getting this on the SP.

     On the bundle...Not the worst we have seen, but still many issues:

    * Still expensive. It does not look like it because of current PC+ sale, but is only 30% discount on base price of its items.

    * 3 Poses/Exp/Anim. Two of those designed only for kiko and not for G8/8.1

    * They include a Bass but the pose set is for a Guitar.

    Some odd aspects:

    * Bundle do not include anatomical elements. Why? August is toonish, young and still includes them. (btw, the anatomical materials listed in readme seems to be for ears and tail)

    * While there is no HD addon. The file list in kiko include several hd morphs. They are certainly not described in the "what's included sections, but neither are ears, tail, makeups...."

     I think you are right. This character do not seems to be adding much. One of those +Acicia would be really close. Maybe kiko's ears look a little more "foxy" and detailed.
