Price Trend on EBay "Buy It Now" Price + Shipping Lowest:
late September to 2nd half October:
RTX 3080 didn't search September so no data is $1430 - $1500 October (I think that is a downward trend by $100 - $200 though).
RTX 3070 is cheaper on average by about $100 ($1050 - $1100 Sep down to $950 - $1000 Oct)
RTX 3060 TI is cheaper on average by about $20 - $40 ($825 - $875 Sep down to $780 - $800 Oct)
RTX 3060 is cheaper on average by about $50 - $75 ($725 - $775 Sep down to $650 - $700 Oct)
::::: Other items of note: Except for the PNY GeForce RTX 3060 12GB that has been available for over the past week online at BestBuy.com for $619.99 there have been no online availability of RTX GPUs at Best Buy that's I've seen in my nightly checks except for Open Box items and they are always 3rd party manufacturer GPUs that cost more to begin with, which means most likely it's bots buying those items as soon as they hit and then the payment transaction for them fails after an extended hold, resulting in a return.
+++++
Because I check at about 9:00 PM and their stock updates often don't occur until between 21:00 - 00:00 I will do a 10 minute check sometime the following morning to post here.

Thanks. The news sites I read didn't mention that. I only check the Best Buy site at about 9AM & 9PM daily so they don't mention such things. And I have signed up for the EVGA queue way back in Sep 2020. At this point, I'm content to see how Best Buy is handling this over an extended shopping season of Oct 01 - Dec 31, as it's the retail store nearest me in multiple locations, so that I'll know how and when to prepare to stand in a brick & mortar queue line at opening, when the RTX 4000 series comes out, if it comes out next year, toward the end of 2022.

...arrived last week Wednesday although having some issues getting it to work with my system. Got it because after Iray was updated for RTX (Daz 4.12) Nidia made a fix for older GPUs which I learned takes a somewhat larger than expected percentage of VRAM (MSI Afterburner is only showing 8,192 MB instead of 12,288.while I'm rendering in Daz 12.0 or above).
I only can get a standard VGA signal from the 3060 even though it is seated properly in the slot, my BIOS is Rev.13 and I have ACPI 2.0 enabled as well as Nvidia driver 472.39 installed. .

...be aware that on Oct. 29th a shipment of RTX 3000 series GPUs was stolen from a truck while on it s way to the EVGA distribution centre in Southern California.
Congratulations!! I am hoping to get good news from them soon.

I only can get a standard VGA signal from the 3060 even though it is seated properly in the slot, my BIOS is Rev.13 and I have ACPI 2.0 enabled as well as Nvidia driver 472.39 installed. .
