Though not a Darwin award candidate, I have to give props to this guy in Madison WI a couple years ago who stole a Krispy Kreme truck for a joy ride. Nothing more humourous than watching police cars chasing a donut truck.

I'd love to see a video of that one!

    Dana

Found it. It was a dashcam video. Not as fun as I thought it would be. But, oh, the humanity. The back of the truck was open and the donuts were flying everywhere! So many donuts that could have been enjoyed by those police!

...ah you found it.. Yeah not as cool as probably seeing it live.

As Madison WI isn't LA, there aren't swarms of news choppers around to scramble into action every time there's a police chase.

    ...I'm screwed.

Forgot to apply the PC PA coupon to an order which will place my account in overdraft status resulting in a 36$ overdraft fee. Submitted a ticket to customer service but most likely it will not hit my bank before the order charge does.

So what should have been a bargain becomes a major expense on my meager budget.

Like the Beatles song says "I'm a Loser".

I hate "old timers disease". :shut:

The more I do to this the more it looks cluttered, guess am in minimalist mode but the straight lines will need to go sometime  Made the sky using Mojoworld sky editor, lucky to still have a machine Mojoworld still runs on, gonna miss it when its gone for good

Ooh, MojoWorld. I have a copy, and I also have a machine it will run on. I know it worked on WinXP but I haven't tried it on Win7 or Win8 but I believe it worked on WinVista. I loved MojoWorld. Not sure which version I have fully licensed but I think it is only version1. with the add-on for rivers. It has such power! :wow: I learned how to play with the dials, but never conquered the fractal mathematics. :long: The playback interface was tolerable, but I have to say that the design interface was the most obtuse and confusing machination I've ever struggled with. I came to believe that one had to exist in 3.5 dimensions to manipulate it. :coolcheese:

As for your funeral image. It needs a Russian orthodox church onion dome in the background and naked trees silhouettes , a la "Dr. Zhivago". The image below is cluttered, so you aren't even close to cluttered yet. But notice that the horizon IS straight!

And to continue my reminiscent blathering, I notice that my memory of Dr. Zhivago included the onion domes and naked trees from other parts of the movie, not this particular scene but in my head I included them in my memory of this scene. The movie did a lot with trees, naked or otherwise. Great movie but how many people under 50 are even aware of it? Actually, now that I think about it, I believe this movie was the trigger that awoke my interest in Russian culture.

    Hey great image thanks :)

3.1 Pro was the last Mojoworld release, think the pro means trees ? You don't have to crash the math too much there are node editors tao tweak

I like the starkness of this and the sky is magnificient. The flat horizon makes me think of the flat lines on the monitors.

I read the book way before seeing the movie. My daughter has an deep interest in Russia which no one else in our family has. She studied Russian in high school and college and was fortunate to visit Russia during her between her sophomore and junior high school years.

Why is the bus sprinkling? Too much beer? UTI? Prostate trouble?
