...cute. I need to do something with them again.

Are they for Genesis 1 or 2?

Genesis1, but they are available in an earlier version as stand-alones.

Morning. Stiff and rather cold south breeze stirring treetops like so many green and gold flags against an eggshell blue sky :)

The good news is I don't have a stye. I have pink eye. I have antibiotic eye drops, which is working to clear up the redness. But that means no contact lenses when we go to see Avengers 2 in 3D on Saturday

Good news yay ! Apparently the new Avengers is so startling you need sunglasses anyhow

Morning. Mob of raucus seagulls loud as lawnmowers on a sunday afternoon squabbling over a crate of something squishy that fell off a truck on the freeway exit ramp :)

Seagulls = sharks of the air.. :blank:

Yes people don't realise how savage seagulls can be - was red and pink gooey stuff over half the road from a distance looking awfully like roadkill the gulls were feeding on

The more I do to this the more it looks cluttered, guess am in minimalist mode but the straight lines will need to go sometime  Made the sky using Mojoworld sky editor, lucky to still have a machine Mojoworld still runs on, gonna miss it when its gone for good

I like the starkness of this and the sky is magnificient. The flat horizon makes me think of the flat lines on the monitors.

    Thanks, good thought :)

Finished up a sketch I started a few weeks ago, was very frustrated drawing some parts of it hehe, the dragon's paws and the human being the main ones :)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSccMEKoVQo It's the same draggems as in this video, albeit younger and also a tamed one :P

Tigrex - they're apparently pretty well known in the game's community for their dashing about, a common joke is comparing them to a runaway train that has no brakes built into it, and that's quite an apt interpretation of them too :wow:

And the same is true of Diana Rigg as Mrs. Peel. Hmmmm... and there are other similarities...she had red hair as well. Martial artist, weapons expert... :)

Sounds a bit like my day. I was in a patch of sun weeding my flower bed surrounded by trees, but the chirps were from grackles.

The Common Grackle is a cool looking bird, with the irridescent blues and purples on the head. But the scare away the smaller, nicer birds from the feeder...and they swarm it and devour the seed. I haven't put more seed out since they appeared for the season.

They are all over Austin and quite a nuisance. In my neighborhood they usually hang out at McDonald's. Ian and I picnicked in the park yesterday. I dropped a potato chip and a grackle eased up, snatched it, and ran away. Their voices are rough.

I saved one once. It was in the morning. I was getting ready for work. I saw one on my neighbor's fence. It seemed to be distressed. When I looked with my binoculars, I saw that it's leg was caught in between two pickets of the stockade fence. I went and tried to help, but it pecked at me. They have big, hurty-looking, beaks. So I went back inside, got a table knife and a piece of cardboard. Then I held the cardboard between him and me and slid the table knife under his foot and raised it up, pushing his leg out without hurting it. He flew away. I guess he was alright. Not so much as a thank you!

    Yah I saw it o3o
Didn't have time to pass it along to my raptorfriends though, but I don't think it'd be worth bothering 'em about it at this point heh. Especially since two of them are close friends with on-the-field paleontologists and so get these sorts of news long before they're even made public, so it'd be silly to think they haven't heard of it (They're also very good at pointing out when the media gets something wrong when reporting on a published finding or etc :P)
