I will say this, though: He certainly is a significant improvement over Guy 4...
If you have Brodie 6 you can make Cory look closer to Callie by dialing the head to 70% Cory and 30% Brodie. Both characters are DAZ originals so is it too late to send Cory back to the drawing board and the to look like the 70:30 split result?
Why do that - as you have pointed out its doable already. Mixing characters is what Genesis is all about I don't think I have ever used a character at 100%, I always mix them.

The reason to redo Cory is so the base characters Callie and Cory match well 'out of the box' so to speak. I am big stickler about character like these matching well so you have a common starting point for developing your own look for them.
Much as I like Cory's facemorph, I have to agree -- it doesn't coordinate well with Callie's, and seems too strongly defined to serve as a base for Cory/Callie character sets. Would've been excellent as an included option, can't say I'm happy with it as the default.
I do think that the 'look' of Cory doesn't mesh with the Disney design theme that well. If they made Callie more of a cavewoman they could certainly fill that niche. But as a couple the disparity and stylistic differences do not look right.
if Callie is supposed to be Tinkerbell, then Cory prolly should be more Peter Pan.
but what about Capt Hook then?
I have decided to give him a chance and don't give Cory back. With some additional morphs and different textures he could really look like a little hunk. I have just morph the body, the head is 100% Cory ... like him now. (Texture is Oliver HD, Eyes are from Brodie)
not every character has to be pretty boy or cover model lady.
sometimes the villains are beautiful and the good are plain janes.

Not sure if you got my PM, but I purchased the bundle on Wednesday, and I still got the extra 30% off for owning Callie.
i had Callie in the cart with Cory, just being together (true love) brought Cory's price down.
Passing on Cory as well I suppose.
*sighs* What happened to Aiko & Hiro, Sadie & Sam, or Jasmin & Jason ... ?
His default face shape doesn't really work as a direct companion to any of the G2F 'toon' girls out of the box, which is quite disappointing. Of course he could just be used as part of the gene-pool and dialed out quite a bit, but for that purpose I personally think the Genesis 'toon' shapes transferred to G2M are more applicable.
In any case, saving quite a bit of money here.
Exactly. I'm totally agree.
That's true, we need all types. I find it harder when the starting point isn't "pretty". I find it easier to make an attractive character look ugly or "plain" than it is to take an ugly character and make them attractive.
That said, though I've used them a fair amount I've never found 3DUinverse's Male and Female adult toons to be close matches (with the exception of his brilliant Toon Generation people). If I stand Aiko Toon and Hiro Toon side-by-side, it always looks like Aiko Toon is "extra toony" when compared to Hiro Toon, and the same with Jason and Jasmine. The females' heads are larger, and their eyes even more so. I find that if I want them to look like they belong together, I have to scale the females head down 5-10%.
I like Cory; as others have pointed out he blends fairly well. I'm playing with different blends, hairs (and eyebrows) and skins and so far am liking what I see. Here's Cory with some Hiro5 hair, blended 50/50 with the Animated Style Man after a quick automated PhotoShop action in an attempt to get a more 60s comic-book feel.

Meanwhile I really love this boy .. mixed him with Sickleyield's Big Boys. Looks a little now as my mate Heiko. :)
Cory is going to have a great night on the town ....
