    Exactly. Nothing from the Victoria 9 Bundle yet. Even not Victoria 9 itself. It's very shamefull for DAZ and even CS coudn't help yet. I think they even don't understand the problem. They gave me the 2 freebies again instead. And not only for me e.g. for Robert it's the same thing I think. Ok, we have some time differences to Europe but if they don't fix it today the best think woould be to file for a refund and buy it again so long it's available for the same price. Of course DAZ could do the same internally but hey... Don't wan't to be abusive. laugh Maybe Richard can give some hints to the CS Team? Please....

    and to be precise. I have the same problem as all(?)/some other guys, who bought the bundle earlier. The subitems are not resolved as bought. As some said the "spinning Java circle"(?) is shown, if you click any of the subitems links in the "Victoria 9 HD Intro Bundle" in your order history.

  • Still not in my Product Library and it will be a week tomorrow angryangry 

     

  • Lack of communication is not helping either. When looking over my Product List realized that the name changing starter expansion was the last item purchased - some time ago. Haven't spent a dime here since. And there was a good sale over the weekend I wanted to drop about $68 in one store but nope, just couldn't convince the shopper happy trigger finger to work.

    Maybe it's time to go through the time phase of cancelling cards etc. "just in case" ... communication DAZ3D, what is going wrong???

  • The bundle shows as owned in the store and it's now in my Product Library wasn't in dim but as of 10 mins ago it showed up yes​ Thanks all

    I will NEVER pre-order or purchase sight unseen at Daz.

  • All was made right, CS came through and set the Products back into the Product Library. 

    Daz3D doesn't usually run pre-orders ... and hopefully after all this they never do again. As to sight unseen, it's not like we saw nothing - there was the promo video so we had an idea.

    At any rate, today's new releases were nice. Bought the GC first, then the morph bundle pack and one of the V9 bundles plus an new item, all coming to a decent price.

     

  • Glad I had less than zero interest in G9/V9.  I feel bad for people who waited, and some may still be waiting, for what they've paid for. But very glad I said, "No thanks."
