    It's just a gimmick to get you to come to the store daily and look around. Maybe you will spend money on something else you see.

    I don't think any other kind of store would get away with this kind of behavior. Just imagine the riots that'd break out immediately in an Ikea or whereever, if they promised free stuff inside and then didn't deliver. DAZ is really relying heavily on the fact that their customers are very far away. I know the stuff's free, but as a store, you're accountable for this kind of promises. Also, I'm quite angry by now about the way they just nonchalantly stay silent, and leave the mods in the lurch to tough out our frustration. DAZ, come off your high horse a bit, would you just? The people out here are paying your bills. A bit of info at least would be nice.

    These days that might be true but I remember many years ago there used to be little shops that appeared in Oxford Street where a man would stand behind a counter calling out about things being sold at really low prices. Once he'd got a crowd he'd hold something up, quote a really low price and ask who wanted it. Everyone did and eventually he picked someone out of the crowd to sell it to. I went in to a few of them and never got anything. I suspect the people who got picked were probably working with the scam. I don't know if they did ever start selling stuff. There were people who tried make it difficult for you to leave but they couldn't stop you leaving.

    As far as the Easter Eggs are concerned, I still haven't got my shaders and I'm wondering if it's worth putting in a ticket about it.

    I submitted a ticket, and now the shaders have just arrived in my library, going by this name: DD PBR Metal Grille Shaders for Iray Vol 1 . I'd let Help desk know that the problem is settled for me, but somehow, I only get logged into my normal DAZ account instead of Help desk atm. Ah well. I guess the shaders have finally started arriving.hope everyone gets theirs soon, and that we won' see a repeat of this with the other eggs.

    They are still not in my product library. I submitted a ticket yesterday but have not received a reply (other than the robo acknowledgement) to it.

    Daz is clearly still working through these, please don't open a ticket until it seems everyone else has their freebie and you don't.

    I already opened a ticket earlier today and got a response that they confirmed I purchased all 4 parts (I showed a screenshot of the 4 eggs in the Product Library and listed all 4 order numbers in the help request). Zachariah added it to my product library and I have downloaded and installed it with DIM.

    I'm glad you you got yours. They must be ignoring me. I submitted a ticket yesterday and haven't even gotten a reply to it (except the robo acknowledgement)angry

    DAZ clearly can't handle fulfilling their end of the deal anywhere on time.

    Ticket submitted...definitely will not wait 3 days for the next one. If it is not delivered on time, I am submitting a ticket immediately.

    Someone at DAZ needs to start being held accountable for all these types of screw ups...it is not a good look for the company.

    there has still been no answer to the question about the people who missed the first egg as they don't hang out in the store every day or are in a different time zone so aren't aware that there is an offer until its too late, is there any chance to still get the missing piece to get the free item?

    Richard, it should not be your place to apologize...someone from DAZ itself should be on here apologizing.

    That lack of accountability is what really frustrates me...that, and the constant barrage of things at this site being incorrect.

    Well, it is near the end of the DAZ work day and the weekend is coming up. I hope that doesn't mean we have to wait until Monday to get our item. This definitely is not in keeping with the promise that the item would be added the next day after the parts were completed ! 

    ETA: And I can't even get an answer to the ticket I submitted yesterday when Barbult got the one she submitted today resolved. Not Good!

    Submit a ticket...I got a reply from Zachariah within 5 minutes & he has added the shaders product to my library.

    That's what customer service is supposed to look like.

    I tied that but so far no response. And now it is the end of the DAZ work day and the the weekend is coming up so I doubt I will get a response soon. Not good when others with the same issue get the tickets they submitted later than mine resolved. no

    Charlie, I submitted a Sales ticket. Did you submit Sales or Technical Support ticket? To me this was clearly a Sales issue.

    FWIW, I wasn't paying much attention to this issue, but I just opened DIM to download a recent purchase and saw the Grille Shaders waiting to be downloaded. So at least someone is working on somethingwink It was a nice freebie. DD's stuff is always good in my opinion.

    Hmm. Maybe tickets get assigned to different agents and I got an efficient one (Zachariah). Did you provide all the proof (all 4 order numbers and screenshot of the Product Library with the 4 shader Easter eggs?) I did, so maybe that facilitated quick processing. Who knows???? Anyway, they are nice and work well, so when you eventually get them, you will enjoy them. The price was right; the aggravation was not!

    There were some issues. I just got mine a bit ago. If it's still not showing up then, yes, time for a ticket. Saturday is the 4th egg for the second gift which will be given on Sunday. I would at least wait through Sunday before considering if a ticket is needed.

    Still don't have mine and I think I found out why... If I look at my products page... The spelling of GRILL/GRILLE is wrong on the 4th day so it is probably showing I didn't buy it.  Anyone else with the spelling error problem???

    Cris:  Mine have still not shown up and the ticket I submitted yesterday still has not been answered (except for the robo acknowlegement) even though tickets later than mine were resolved.
