    Honestly, I think I'll try to fully ignore the full item release dates moving forward, focus only on checking in once to collect the daily egg, and imediately close out of the store until the next day... Then in a month or so, I should have a bunch of new items to download without needlessly wasting time. It's my fault. I should be rendering frames not refreshing forums!

    It's been fun solving problems and sharing info though.

    Checking my Product Library if the Metall Grill Easter Egg can be downloaded... it says "Install DIM".. DIM is already installed... start DIM... no download for the Easter Egg is shown... frustration start growing...

    I mean honestly, is anyone really surprised after this past year all the buy this and get X item on X day didn't come through for days, if not a week? Like the grab bag thing, the Greek thing, I had to submit a ticket to get the fairy pumpkin thing cause it didn't come on time as that was the only thing I bought into and it wasn't even for the freebies, I was able to use all the products. Like by now we should be surprised if it does show up when they say it will lol. And I'm not complaining here, this is something completely free they're doing, so I appreciate it. When it comes, it comes.

    No, not surprised, but unhappy that Daz continues to make promises they don't keep. They don't even bother to explain why they didn't deliver the promised item. Yes, history says it will come eventually, even if we have to burden CS with tickets.

    Even in the past, everybody has eventually received the promised items, ok it takes a bit longer, then it takes a bit longer...

    That was different as the free item was not added to ones product library, but the (non-Daz) download link was shown in the chat messages.

    I don't have the shaders yet, despite owning the 4 qualitfying pieces. I'll give it until next week before putting in a ticket. They may be overwhelmed with the failure of this gimmick. Don't need to shovel more on.

    Second piece is here, you should also be able to see it on the current day's sales page or in recent items in the store if you've got it sorted by new arrivals.     #&$*&, I missed getting the 2nd part of the hair by three minutes because my internet was down. Kinda hope we get a second chance to claim a missing piece or something.

    I never saw it in the store, and I definitely didn't get it. I searched for it, which I was able to do for the previous ones, and it never showed up.

    I don't see the 3rd part of the hair on the https://www.daz3d.com/shop/ page just on the https://www.daz3d.com/2023-march-madness page.

    Posting it because questions will pop up about this for sure.

    Accepted. Maybe they really should not give out the freebies until the end of the entire promotion. It's fun to collect the 'eggs', and I'm not in a hurry.

    It could be something as simple as the marketing people not checking with the technical people first. So the marketing people promise something the technical people can't do. You then have a situation where this needs manual intervention costing the company heaps in both employee time and loss of good will with customers.

    I'm sure there could have been other options like each part of the egg was a 25% part of the four part download. So without all four parts you get a corrupt file that can't be downloaded and installed.

    Usually, I get up at around 6AM Eastern time, check the Daz store around 6:20AM or so for the new stuff.  No Egg #3.

    As for the people who haven't received their first one yet (I missed Egg #1 of the shaders), my guess is that you will get the products at the END of the promotion.

    The problem is that I (and others) didn't miss any...we have all 4 parts...DAZ has failed to deliver the promised product...which is now over 2 days late.

    I just want what was promised at the time it was promised...that's not asking too much.

    thing is, its a game, for free items. If they never materialize, then it might be cause for being upset, but even then, other than "buying" a piece of an egg, which I consider a huge waste of time, it doesn;t matter in the overall scheme of things.
