Explanation: I only wanted three of the four Easter eggs. I would have done without the Freebee. However, nobody told me that if I only collect three of the four things, I have nothing. That's what I call foolish easter eggs.
There is only one thing, a shader set, that you get if you buy all four Easter Eggs - I'm not at all clear what you mean by wanting only three of the four.
I am not confused on this, but I am sad, because I logged on just as the 2nd one became unavailable so I missed one! sadness!
I'd say grab the others - if you are lucky there may be some kind of catch up/last chance (I'm pretty sure they have done that on a previous offer, I have no idea if it is planned this time)

It shows I have 4 out of 4, but not available to download as yet....
Is the Install Manager deprechiated? I bought an item today and as usual wanted to install it using DIM. First thing I noticed was that the DIM link was removed from the purchase confirmation and the item does not show up in the DIM install list. I have external HDD content installed and do not use smart content. Am I missing something or is this this now enforced without notice?
DIM is still working... what is the product? You should file a ticket so they can fix the download.
Thank you for your quick reply. Yes DIM is still functional, however, the product is not showing up. I think I solved this now. It was the 4/4th part of the easter egg and the disclaimer says: "Free items will be automatically added to your account the day after each Easter Egg series ends. Event ends April 30 at 23:59 MDT (UTC-6)." I guess I'm just nervous that DIM might go, lol!
Yeah, when I saw the bit about how the extra item arrives after April 30th, I was wondering as soon as I saw that if that meant, towards the end of the month, there'd be a second chance to get all the parts of the offer. Though it might also mean there's more daily-freebie coming. Guess I'll find out in a few moments when the Wednesday offers show up.
...maybe there will be a "ketchup" for the first one?
I was busy all day Saturday well into the late evening and got home after "Daz Zero Hour" had passed (I'm one time zone behind Utah). Some people have lives outside of Daz.
I also prefer to deal with the Daz (or any other online shopping) site on a desktop instead of a phone.
Hmm. The full product has shown up in my product library on my account page, but not in DIM, DAZ Central or DAZ Connect. There's no way to download it from the product library and no product page for it.

Exactly - so you would have thought the metal shader would be available for download by now.
They said it would appear on ones product library at the latest by the end of fifth day, ie. they have almost 23 hours left to put it there.
Weird, all my Metal Shader easter eggs have disappeared from my account but the first one, and this one has no download option. I collected all of them and have made screenshots along the way. Huh, what's going on?
I can't be too critical when they're giving us a DD shader pack for the cost of checking in each day. I'll be happy as long as it shows up sometime today.
It may have to be a manual addition, that needs to be triggered by a human during work hours . . .
Have you tried a filter search? I typed in Easter and they all show up. See screenshot.
They explained it badly but the products actually are downloadable at the end of the month after they have done all their accounting and possibly had catch up stuff...

All of my first batch of Easter Eggs are in my Product Library today. The promo said the free item would be added on 30 April I believe. I can wait. I like gifts.
For what it's worth, I start my morning with checking my news feeds and DAZ. So grabbing the freebie is not an issue. But I am retired and I live in the same time zone as Daz.
The first item is supposed to be added to our product libraries today, before the end of day at Dazland - For me, that is 9AM tomorrow morning, just in time for the first (official) coffee break

I still have all four of my first series, or volume in my Product Library. Download is DazCentral only. Early days yet to see the freebie.
Of course gifts are nice. Customer friendliness is even better. And that includes a clear description, a comprehensible procedure and a little goodwill, e.g. if someone cannot keep to exactly 24 hours. Otherwise, something nice quickly turns into something that annoys customers.
Oh yes, it's there in my product library too. But PertitA has pointed out that they have until this evening to get it sorted. Tick-tick-tick, DAZ!
And yes, it's a freebie for the price of checking in daily, as someone mentioned above - it's not that I'm complaining, more concerned that I'm missing something patently obvious to everyone else!
Interesting to see a spelling difference for part 4. Parts 1-3 = Grille. Part 4 = Grill.
Wonder if that might cause an issue? Not making the Product Library see all 4 parts as valid for the product?

Since the easter eggs offer an interactive license each, one could assume them to be free items from start, but it looks like they're not getting installed.
I am missing part 1 of 4 for the metal shaders. Seems like a few people never received any type of notification about them to grab part 1. :(
