    So I am not on Premier and I had some tokens from before DAZ Premier thing landed.

    They were meant to expire within 2-3 days, but are now showing new expiration date of 21st (2 weeks as if for Premier tier).

     

    Is this a bug on site and I will lose my tokens without any way of telling when? Or are all tokens converted to new date now?

    Tokens expiring after two weeks seems to be the new norm for all tiers, what changes based on your membership is how many you get per $ spent

    Sorry, yes. I can turn the extension off that causes the conflict, (dark reader) but it may not occur to some, and it may cause issues on other setups.

    Is this intentional? Are the standalone installer versions no longer supported? I never install Studio itself through DIM any more because almost every time I tried in the past, it failed halfway through, and I had to download the separate installer anyway.

    Studio 4.23.0.1 is now available in the Studio bundle.

    I went ahead and (somewhat grudgingly) upgraded to Premier, and here are a couple problems I'm still seeing:

    • The weekly freebies aren't free for me, they're full price.
    • The whole "Choose up to 10 items for <discounted price>" doesn't work at all - those items are also default price after adding them to the cart.

    If you're talking about the Premier for a Day selection, there's a coupon code to use to get them discounted.

    If you're talking about the Premier for a Day selection, there's a coupon code to use to get them discounted. 

    Doh, yeah, I totally overlooked the code for that, thanks!

    The weekly free stuff definitely doesn't seem to be free, though.

    They show free for me on the shop page and in the cart. They show free when logged in and logged out.

    No luck - I logged out and viewed the page, and they were free, but when I put them into my cart and logged back in they had their normal prices again in the cart.

    Edit: I also tried clearing my browser cache, again no luck.

    The link to view the Door Buster is for yesterday's choice UltraSceneryXT - Expansive Landscape System. The Add To Cart button is okay CC Talan for Genesis 9.

    Also, are Still New items limited to only the previous day's Debut New releases, and not the usual 2 or 3 days' worth?

    Items don't seem to be getting the "extra 50% of Featured artist with Debut New Release for Premier Members".  I have a Vicey3d item in cart it went from 50% off to 55% due to the 10% off for 2 New Releases but the extra 50% not applied.  Tried several other featured artist items by V3d, Kooki, Matari3d, Art Ken, etc in cart none had the extra 50% off.

    Edit to add: The extra 40% off Still New Release does seem to work though.

    It has been moved to the 3D Software menu - it is listed as AI Studio rather than Daz AI Studio, which I am going to claim is why I didn't see it initially.

    For me it doesn't seem to work on the 60% off items I tried either. Just tried a couple again and still no extra off for premier.

    I don't have Premier. Retesting it, it worked on the Best of Daz and the 60% categorie, not on the other two. I picked one item per category and the first was from Best of Daz:

    Retesting with pictures. Looks like you are right. The items I tested before were all 50% or 60% category items. Those two categories are not getting the extra discount. Would be nice if we got a confirmation of whether bug or working as intended.

    Yeah I had upgraded to Premier and I'm experiencing both issues 1) The one mentioned previously where the weekly freebies aren't showing up as free and 2) The one from today where items from featured artists aren't getting the extra discount when combined with a debut new release. The discount math on some of the items isn't making any sense at all even without the 50% off. I'm using tokens, and the 10% off discount is triggering, but a 60% off item is only coming in at 75% off after the discounts. This should be about 90% off, but even without the 50% debut new release discount it should be around 80%, so i'm not sure how it's getting to 75%.

    I don't know if this has been reported already, but the new subscription tiers are showing up in new releases as items.

    The freebies should now be working for Premier members, and the with-Debut discounts on Featured Artists should be working for all.
