As to the white lady (or noon and night wraiths in general); definitely gonna need moondust bombs!!! (and spectre oil)

the notice board says to talk the earldom, but the earldom doesn't respond with a dialog.
I think doing the whispering hillock 1st may have killed that quest.
i think the reardon farm is the Lethos quest. Afraid to start it without the Griffin steel sword
missing the ogroid base oil. haven't done the pirate coast, prolly lotsa stashes there.
Naah, don't worry, you still need to find Anna, and for that, Johnny will be met.....
And as for "Letho", well it depends on how you answered General Voorhis' questions when you 1st met him in Vizima (simulating a witcher 2 game save file) if you'll meet Letho or not.....

Lethos on his way to Kaer Morhen.
This time asked Menge about the treasure. Triggered all out battle.
Last playthrough, I asked after Dandelion, ended up Triss ko'd Menge.
Had to track down the spy and let Triss torture him.
had an option to ask deekstra to help with springing Dandelion, can't remember if was an option last time.
Had cleaver's help this time routing out horse-son jr. meditated in front of that locked door. he wasn't in there (doh).
the very top floor chest had enhanced black blood formula. Cleaver's help meant i didn't get to play gwent at the casino.
confronted Horse Jr. playing as Ciri, had to reload like 8 times. used her special group attack, made it harder to fight the bad guys still standing.
after i hit lvl 13, the Freya armor (my favo(u)rite) of a sudden appeared in armorer's store in heirarch square.
Found the ogroid oil formula looting the warehouse at the novingrad docks. south side.
Hesitating to give Dandelion his placards, don't want Priscilla to get hurt.
It'll be interesting to see how Crook back bog plays out with the critter already freed from the tree.

Triss can open portals, seen her do it, how come she cant portal her mage friends out of Novingrad?

i think Roach is sulking at me, tried to ride him in the Dandelion chase, but he shied away, ended up running the whole way.

Fot the portals I just assume that they can't be used unlimited and I just imagine that too much teleporting wil get noticed by the witch hunters; also Yenn remarks she can't teleport Geralt, Roach etc. all together, so a portal's capacity is limited.
My biggest nitt-pick would be the limited 'power' of geralt at the start of the game. For what I understand, Geralt is unique among the witchers having undergone - succesfully - additional mutations, but yet nothing of that show at the start....

Ah, defeated the 'Beast of Beauclair', hard battle... very....... took me about 5(!) tries, even with my full grandmaster wolven armour set and dito swords..... and the appropriate potions, oils and bombs..
Ah, well, it's still an improvement over the previous time...
( I can usually take on various monsters waaaay over my skill level - as long as it is one at a time - but this 'beast' is a class on its own...)
