I was kind of wondering about the same thing Walt :)
For my print with 2 figures I just parented the 2 figures to the base .... or the base and the second to the first figure ...
If you want to upload more than one figure it is important, that all you want to upload is conected to one node ... the node you select for upload
That's what I assumed, thanks for confirming.

Hey Walt
You can upload botch characters on the same base, in the same way, you articulate them to be when they become figures.
Please let me know how you would like the result, and we will do our best to mount the figures on the base.
Just wondering, I know that if I want to print 2 figures on a single base it costs double (understandably) but I was wondering how the models should be set up to be uploaded. Should I have one main figure (e.g. the base) and the two charactes as subsets of it to make it a single-figure upload?
Free shipping promotion ends on the 1st of January 2018.
Hurry up and make your orders now!
Got my Christmas Present
I love all the little details...it really is very cool!
(not the best photos)
For those interested, these bases are available as a choice under the Daz Christmas gift listing.
That's gorgeous. They really did an incredible job on the skin.

Yeah, I was impressed, in the mouth you even see the teeth going back. I was not sure how that woudl work when i submitted it.
One of those looks familiar...
Just wanted to add to this thread as another very satisfied customer of GamePrint. You guys 'n gals have done a wonderful job of brinbging my tiefling into the real world. I live thew way she fits together with pegs and magnets
Is gameprint closed for the week? They've been really quiet recently, and I've been trying to submit stuff while the sale is going.
I think they are, as an email I got from them before Christmas said they'd be back after New Year's
Hey Sorry if we went radio silent over the holidays.
We've been away for the holidays, and should be back in action on the 2nd of January 2018.
I'm super excited as well. After seeing all these I can't wait to get started on painting my dragon. (I ordered him with primer only so I can paint him myself, I will be doing a series of blog posts on the whole process, these guys have been kind enough to agree to send me pictures of him in progress on their end and then I will also post the process on my end). I have to say that the whole process so far has been very easy, with excellent communiciation on their end.
Icedragon, we are super excited to be apart of your blog!
How much is the miniature printing beta?
Hello,
The first one is free, and you get 50% on the next order.
Prices are still not set, so feel free to send us your model at miniatures@mxd3d.com
Took me so muchg longer to figure out how to render this gif of this lady than it did to order yesterday, ehehehe.
Looking forward to having another high quality resin fig to paint!
How does LAMH hair work with 3D printing? I want to do the AM wolf but without the fur the tail looks odd.
I had a LAMH wolf in the 2 inch Beta test, but I had to convert the LAMH to OBJ. It looked okay in the 2 inch version (though I wouldn't recommnd it, because of the thickening process), though it should look okay on larger models.
I was trying to make a mini for the beta with LAMH, but it bloated the file size up to 1.7 gigs so I wasn't sure how to get it to them.
Just got mine today, looks great the only thing that looks to be lost in translation was she was suppose to have very short hair on the left side and not bald but other then that I think it's pretty amazing.
I have a seven inch figure in process using LAMH on the Mammouth. Hopefully it will be in production soon. I too converted the LAMH into a obj, then uploaded it without issue.
That looks awesome :)
POLL - If you could 3D Print a Daz Character which one would it be?
Sakura or Monique.
The Male Centaur
As a base DAZ Character: some combination or standalone Girl 7/Guy 7.
Or DAZ Horse 2 with a jockey (Genesis 8 Male or Genesis 8 Female or both in a horse racing scene) would also receive strong consideration and with logical connection to my geographic location because I am from a thoroughbred breeding state with horse racing tracks and more being constructed. That's not really DAZ 3D base character though and I'd still need to create some of the horse's racing tack.
I've ordered quite a few in primer grade finish. I'm not sure I'm up to snuff to paint them, and if not, I'll go to my FLGS (Favorite Local Game Store) and see who I can find. There are a few painters in the city that have been featured by the likes of Privateer Press, and several locals have made miniature games. Showing off what I can get from Daz and GamePrint will be good advertising I think.
In any case... ANYTHING WITH AEON SOUL. Anything. In fact they are waiting to see if GamePrint can do them some justice. :-)
