I used the light set with a minor colour adjustment just 'cause ... [btw - it's a scene file, so merge it in ... unzip it if you want to figure out where to put it ]

checking some of my new treasures ... wondering what in the world this might be good for ... and the answer was for in Quark's Bar ;-)

So ... I dunno about this dress, but the boots are really pretty.
Figured after all this chit chat of who thinks who is in charge of what ... could use some eye candy.

For anyone who's been wondering what to do with all that extra space behind the seats of the DART, I've posted the stowage pack - now you've got a place for your helmet, your weapons and ammo, and lockable bins to keep the tribbles out of your lap while you're driving ;).

I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction for some resources. I'm designing the individual interfaces for each of the bridge stations on my ship. I've got ideas for the interface itself. My problem is the different functions that should be included for the individual bridge stations. I've tried googling and only come up with images of the TOS bridge stations. Doesnt really tell me what should be available to the person running that particular station and etc.

    Thanks,
    David

If you're doing a TOS era ship, you might start out with the Franz Joepsh Tech Manual. Sciences, Communications, Engineering and the helm are all diagramed and laid out to scale.:

In a way that helped. Reminded me that I have a ST:NG manual at home somewhere. I would think my positions are a cross between TOS and NG. I have a bridge position for Science, Communications, Tactical, Engineering, Navigation and of course the Captain.

Who is the happiest man in the galaxy?

Easy. A Red Shirt that survived the mission. Granted 47 beamed down, but you can't everything.

How many of those were on an unexplored planet and how many were at the Academy?

Both are dangerous. If you're a Red Shirt, walking down the corridor could be fatal.

    This is true.

For instance, the lieutenant was so happy he survived that when he stepped off the transporter platform, he tripped.... :-/

I wonder if anyone has done an informational PSA film, "So You're a Starfleet Red Shirt!", like those old ones they'd show us in school like "Blood on the Highway" and "Cross at the Green".

Well I've got one bridge station completed. I think I've finally figured out a design scheme.

That is a great looking station, I like the double stacked displays and the layout looks really well thought out.

Made a little sound fx for active scanners/viewers.

IF your computer picks up a "beat, beat" in the background ... this is an inaudible sound to the human ear here ... the City is drilling 24/7 and thinks for some silly reason that we won't know about this. On one of my computers the beat, beat is so loud that it overpowers the scanner [that one I didn't upload]

The cute little audio recorder that was used to make this [in case anybody is interested] looks like a flashdrive except it has an on/off switch and holds a microcard that costs more than it did.

'unrestricted use' ... my scanner, my recording :-)
