Huh, I kinda like her. Not sure I would really use her though.
I hope G8 will last for another year or two and will have variety of versile figure releases. Unless G9 will be significantly different, I don't think there's a need for one.
I just hope Gianni won't have a "mature" look. There are too many of them already. :(
Some new faces would be nice
Guessing it'll be either tomorrow or Tuesday next week. The last two were male figures of I'd say the next one with be female.
We've had two January releases so I'd expect next week. Possibly Gianni or Jihali(sp?) but just as likely something that we've not had a hint of.
You're forgetting Sydney, released on the 15th. That said, releasing two ot three females in a row is relatively common. In the list below, all the females are bold:

It is interesting to note that since August 2018, Daz provides each month with 2 new figures: 1 male and 1 female. I hope Daz continues this way.
I hope Gianni is the next male figure.
He is always my favorite in all generations.

Thank you for the list! Helps see things in perspective. It seems releasing a 3rd character in the same month will be unlikely. I just hope that whenever they release Gianni, that it will be unique from all other figures, with great deals and that it won't dissapoint. Here's hoping (fingers crossed).

You're welcome for the list. And I got your point: Of the 36 "8" figures released, 22 have been female.
I think the Daz Dog 8 release is telling in it's own way:
In fact, Daz Dog 8 is the first official animal figure Daz has released since the Big Cat 2 in December, 2013.

I am hoping for the DAZ Cat 8 eventually, seems a little silly to have one and not the other updated.
My vote is also for Gianni! I hope he doesn't get skipped like Kenji did (I was also looking forward to him)!
Still hoping for a Lilith 8, Arabella 8, Anneka 8, or some kind of stand in. Everything so far has been normal or fantasy. How about a bit of horror up in here?
I wonder if the team that creates the new characters read these posts to get an idea for what people are wanting. It would be nice if they would check here to see what folks are asking for.

Methinks Jhalil may be Latonya's mate. We could do with an Idris Elba, and since Latonya is Gabrielle Union plumped up....
Now that my PC+ membership is expired my guess is it will buy Guy 8.
