Excellent, many thanks! That's the kind of thing the 48 Hour Film Contest assigns as a required prop, and even with my embarrassingly large collection, I doubt that I have one ... before now. The most recent required prop was a nail, which even I could model from primitives, but this is beyond me.
When my five minute animation wins the Oscar for shorts, I'll mention your safety pin.
I know, right? That is a beautiful safety pin! I love it!
I also love the work above it!
and it's this realy amazing Stezza scene!!! Love it!
Splendid modeling Stezza, as usual.
That toon sun and toon cloud...adorable!!
so much love for a safety pin lol
imagine what a can opener will do !!
thanks...
I forgot a model I did and posted in the PC thread also for Mystiarra a week or so ago ~ it may come in handy also in one of your 48 hour film contests Steve K
a wacky can opener ~ I'll put it in the zip here for those that aren't in the PC+
thanks DD ..
Oh no!
Now that's going Waaay too far!
Kidding! Very nice!!! Thanks
Yet another potential required prop in the 48 Hour Film contest, many thanks. Others I recall from past contests were a light bulb, hand sanitizer, a wrench ... so maybe you could just do all the little items found in a standard variety store ... no hurry, the next Houston contest is not for a few months.
Thanks for the freebies Stezza !!!
thank you. perfect!
to my mind nothing says emo like safety pin wardrobe accessory
it's been a wacky few days for me!
I modelled the Ettamogah Pub ( google or duckduck it ) a few years ago... wacky me thought, lets do that again!
so, I modelled a new Ettamogah Pub ( google or duckduck it ) , with just a basic car shape for the roof... yes, the pub has a car on it's roof! that was cool...
then I thought, what if I add a few things to the ute and have it as a hotted up toon ute... and call it the Ettamogah Ute
and then have a cow for the back of it... like why not
and then I got sidetracked..... again.... and modelled a dog and called her Tink... ( after my little buddy here )
so, I haven't been on the forums much this week
That's one helluva reasonable excuse to be missing... I mean... Wow! That's Freaking Cool!!!
P.S. Hi Tink!!!
Tink just growled... she's like that... hates everyone
the Cow!
She's Awesome!
Edit:
P.S. Hi growling little dog!
This is Tink with my grandson last month ...
She's growling as she's smiling! Adorable!!!
Cute Grandson, too!!! :)
Cool stuff!
Dana
Jetbird!!! How's it going?!!!
Looking great!
thanks @Diomede
just modelled a wacky flyswatter
with swatting morphs!
it's in the zip file if it's of any use... just resize to suit
Did my catch-up-on-Stazza's-Wacky-Thread thing, awesome as always!
I've been too busy working to check in more frequently but I'm finding that when the week's going a little rough, doing a catch up on this thread inspires, helps brighten things up and makes the rest of the week a little more doable.
Thanks so much for sharing your talent,
Walt Sterdan
Excellent, yet another potential prop for the 48 Hour Contest. Lyle Lovett once rhymed "flyswatter" with "ice water", so ... I dunno, seemed relevant ...
That's awesome! Thanks!
LOL reminds me of Evinrude from the Resuers. Rescueers Down Under. not that i'd swat Evanrude, he's a hero squito.
movies taste better with gummi bears and swedish fish. snowcaps. and a side of insulin
good to know that some wacky modelling can brighten up a day .. thanks all..
so, today, instead of starting from a cube I started with a sphere with a definition of one, which makes it look like a double-sided pyramid!
and then I just went from there and got this far
Mother's Day today downunder, so the fam is off to the club for lunch where the kids can entertain their mum and dad pays for it!!..
Fantastic model. Wow.
All the best to your better half and all the mothers in your life.
Thanks @diomede ... was a good arvo, my mum has been gone a long time now, but still think of her.. another pleasant surprise was when I pulled the visa out and my eldest daughter said it's ok dad I've got this....
Mar eei OOOO
a wacky goKart and some minor tweaking... adjusted the head and gave him a tongue
and boned him!
cute. runs on dune spice?
lol
managed to get him onto the kart... weight painting is a PITA!
Very nice, your best yet IMHO
