Stezza, hope you don't get wet feet again with all of that rain !!!

we've been ok so far.. the rain isn't as heavy here as it is in the Illawarra and Sydney areas..

are you copping it? I don't know where in Oz you are ..  frown

    Good to know !!!

I'm in South East Queensland, had about 60mm all up so far, but we could use some heavy rain to fill up the dams !

    did you cop it yesterday?

    latest news headline on ABC

Wet weather to continue across Queensland after torrential rain floods parts of the south-east

That rain was along the coastal strip, I'm further inland and so far have had only steady drizzle, heavy rain forecast for tomorrow ! Also live on the side of a hill so flooding should not be an issue.

We're familiar with rain here in the Houston area ... in one location, 60.6 inches over four days during Tropical Storm Harvey in 2017.  " ... the most significant tropical cyclone rainfall event in United States history, both in scope and peak rainfall amounts ... "  No mudslides, though, its so flat you'd have to pile the mud up first.

It sounds about as bad in Queensland and NSW, hope everybody got to high ground.

today sees rain, rain and more rain as over 30,000 people are being evacuated from flooded areas.

With the equivalent of the capacity of Sydney Harbour being spilled by Warragamba Dam every day that's a lot of rain we gettin'!

Sydney Harbour holds around 500 gigalitres

today is 22°c/74°f and did I mention it's raining :cry:

so why not model a wacky water rat! boned and morphed .. started this one off with a cube laugh

started and pretty much finished a model yesterday when everything wenkaplunk!

when I did a final save of the mesh to my objects folder a weird error message came up... well, that was it all gone... the previous version also gone from the error.. weird wacky stuff... crying

    so... I started again

got this far with my wacky mesh and will try and finish it today ... if grandkids allow.... school holidays at nan & pops...

all started from a cube of course smiley

I usually start from the head and work down.... not this one though.
