Sometimes, that can be a good thing, :)
Robert Patrick's terminator scares me more... He feels nothing.

MAN that is creepy! LOL I was gonna do that with "Impostor Jaderail"... Got a bit sidetracked with modeling. Now I see why you chose a large default scale! Good Job mate :)
Hello Everyone!
Robert Patrick's terminator scares me more... He feels nothing.
Neither did Ahnold's...until the sequel. :)

Speaking of robot things, I finally bought 'Glitch' after it being on my wishlist since like.... 2012 or something. Didn't see the exact date but it was there for a long time :)
I did a render!

I'm glad I'm not at work walking through building 666 on Friday the 13th... The fact its a autopsy lab is chilling enough on its own!

Howdies!
how do you even look for a new job these days? i haven't tried in 11 years now, and back then all i could find one was this part time temp.
they put 2 boxes of various industrial chemical products in my room, so i could find the msds sheets online,
some of them opened and giving off yucki fumes.
i'm not gonna handle opened hazardous chemical products, so i need to see what jobs are out there.

Nanobot be green though!
This one is just shiny and stuff :D
(Still trying to figure out how to get it to be very glossy but also colorful...)
I'd say the first stop for looking for a job would be LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com). Put your resume up there and link to people you know to spread the word around.
Secondly you might try one of the job search sites like Monster (http://www.monster.com). They act like your local paper with the classified ads but you can also put your resume out there for companies to search.
As for the chemicals...if they don't have MSDS sheets they definitely shouldn't be putting them in an enclosed space open and giving off fumes. How do you even know how to handle them properly since that's what the MSDS sheet is for? I'd ask them to come move them and just give me a list of the products so I could find the sheets.
Misty Whisky, I know what you mean. I did find some temp jobs and part time jobs in my searches too.
Because I don't think I am allowed to link to other commercial websites I will just say ideas in general terms.
I use online job search engines. My mom gives me newspaper clippings. Apparently people still read paper newspapers in 2013. I did find some maintenance related jobs in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore area. I also saw some job openings for commercial truck drivers and dispatchers.
Job fairs didn't work for me. My relatives who have jobs aren't much help either.
I'm not sure what I said helps though.
Remember that tech job that I tried to apply for? The company canceled it. The first company didn't say anything. The second company wrote back and said the job was canceled. I think both companies work for the same parent company.
Sorry for the short reply but I need to run some errands now that the weather is nice.
Cool!

Hi!
Dana
My dad died on Friday the 13th...July, 2007.
Dana
Saturday the 14th was a better movie!
Dana
Looks really good.
Dana
Did you piss someone off? That seems to be a threat to me. Tell them hazardous materials handling is not in your job description. And send those things out of that room! At least open a window.

Sorry Dana. I lost my Dad 6 years ago on February 26th. I'll always miss him.

...excellent job. Lends a whole new level of creepiness to clowns.
...yaaaaaay! Time to go buy a Megabucks lotto ticket.
...that sounds like an OSHA issue if you were not given proper respiratory protection and safe handling gear.
I am a bit on the hungry side. Tonight we are going to eat spaghetti.

...yeah I'm using both LinkedIn and Monster as well as our local state's labour board site. Got a few "nibbles" (interviews) but no "bites" yet.
Be aware though while using the Net as I discovered yesterday. There are scammers aplenty out there as well just waiting to steal your identity. Always go with a reputable service like Kelly, KForce, Volt, your local state's labour commission, and the like. If in question, check the company's profile and history. You can also check to see if they are legit by doing a Google search on their website link - don't click on the link, just copy and paste it to the Google (or your AV's "Safe") search field. That was how I found out the one I dealt with Yesterday was a scam. Another red flag is if they request you to provide your credit score and link you to one of those "free report" sites, that is their HR department's responsibility, not yours.
Incidentally, this morning I received a reply from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com that the email response I sent to the job search service yesterday was rejected because the "Host or domain name (was) not found". I have saved that email in case the BBB requests more information for my report.
Dana, thanks for the heads up. I've been out of work and submitting resumes for so long that a lot of this stuff tends to blur together after a while.
I really need to win that Megabucks Lotto, then after clearing my debts (and I know which ones I have) stuff the rest away in an annuity account and then go on a lonnnnnnnnnnng trip I've been meaning to take.
You're welcome, KK. I've found something in the past year or two. I get a lot of calls on the phone (and emails) from those who've "viewed my resume" and think I'm a perfect fit for this job. It's usually an insurance salesman job. I ask them, "What exactly in my resume said that I am a good fit for this?"
