    As for the problems with ShareCG... They persist for me too. It's been like four or five days.

    What a bummer ! My best scene files are now on sharecg, its still down.

    My email to ShareCG didn't get through - "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect." so it looks like it's not just the site, it's their email too.

    Just now I got onto the ShareCG site, so I sent the query via their contact form (including a link to this thread).

    Will post back here when I get a reply.

    ShareCG's problem seems to have gotten worse since the DAZ ads appeared on their site... do we have any conspiracy theorists among us? ;o) LOL

    I hate sharecg, because i can not longer see my scenes. What a bummer !

    ShareCG hasn't been working for me for the past 2 days. Very annoying. I'm considering an alternative host for my 3D freebies. I might just go with Rosity; I've been uploading most of my stuff there anyway...

    You can see that at Rero too ...

    On the whole, I try to be patient.
    A minute ago I was able to log in - the moment I tried to open a page of a freebie I got timed out again ...

    Go to Renderosity (I am not allowed to link here - but the link is just like Daz3d.com - just Renderosity instead of Daz3d) and click on Free Stuff - you get a choice to click on "My free stuff".
    There you get a listing of items you uploaded with the number of times it was downloaded.

    I contact ShareCG quite frequently (and I've been doing so for a few years now) - it usually only takes a couple of days before I get a reply. Fingers crossed!

    At least HoboBo and skylab are getting in - I received "Your daily ShareCG.com Follow-Me Report" emails yesterday and today with their uploads listed - but every time I've tried in the last few days, I only got timeouts.

    So the site's still a yo-yo - up, then down, then up, then down, then up, then down, then up, then down, then up, then down ...

    No posts there in the last week...

    Are the ShareCG admins having trouble logging in to make status reports (which would be very bad), or did they forget they have this communications channel (which would be bad in a different way)?

    I hope everything is okay there... This seems to be one of greatest lengths of time for which ShareCG has been down.
    If I wasn't so easily distracted I'd be worried.
