Or that big guy is just for contrast and turns to be a cat lover so they finally release Cat 8.
So basically a Bara style guy. Got yah. Plenty of popular artists like that stocky broad muscular kinda dude.

Oh man, that'd be awesome if it's a render engine like Eevee! I just finished a ten minute short using Eevee and it turned out fantastic. The shots were rendering quicker than I could get up, get a drink and sit back down. I'm about to start a feature and would love to be able to just stay in Daz and do everything there. Let's see what happens tomorrow!it's a combination of hexagon and carrara new program to compete with blender, zbrush, maya and others to sculpt/morph your own figures for daz studio with hd capability morphs continuing to add to the other plug ins to create your own hair and import faces. There will be a free/cheap basic version (like Blender) and a more advanced expensive version like Zbrush but not that expensive which would make sense for daz to do this as a lot of people use one of these two programs to make content for daz it would make sense for them to have their own versions and to encourage everyone to just use their products just like microsoft does

Gangster bundle
And... it's yet another repacked bundle of old stuff that most of us already have. https://www.daz3d.com/underbelly-gangster-bundle Wow, even by DAZ's standards of over-hype, this hits a new level of much ado about absolutely nothing.
The Underbelly or Gangster Bundle? I can see a purple banner (cos I own a significent amount of G8 pro bundles) but nothing else - no store banner on the front opage of the store.
*sigh* Well, the wishing was fun while it lasted.
Why are his arms so long?
Yeah, it's the big guy with the tattoos. Another disturbing trend is recycling older releases into new bundles. Most of the products in the Gangster Bundle have been around a while, significantly reducing the appeal if you already own some. Fine if you're new to the game, but not if you already have several of them.
So what was so special about this character?
oh this can't be right.... $79.95 for the Underbelly "bundle"??? That's full price, not the sale price btw. Don't know the 'sale price' yet as the store still isn't showing the prices yet, that's just what it goes into the cart as.
And really? That Gangster bundle?

I have the banner for % off the gangster bundle but it doesn't show that character is included in the bundle. is he sold separately? My store page won't update to today yet

The Underbelly Bundle is the character, the hair with beard (no idea if it has any morphs or colours as they are not listed on the store page), the clothing set, textures for the clothing set, and a set of poses/expressions for him. That's it.
He has a vest with buttonholes but no buttons. That is strange looking.
There are two separate bundles
Underbelly Bundle - character, clothes, poses
Underbelly Gangster Bundle - monochrome Iray lighting, tutorial for whiskey and smoke, an entirely different lighting set, props, Sleuth Detective outfit (which I suspect might look rather odd on him), Make Me Punk shaders and decals (...? buh wha? How did that sneak in there?), Mobster Room, Retro Interrogation room.
For what it's worth, I like the look of the character. That said, he's the third Daz-O adult male in recent months not to have anatomical elements, for those for whom that might matter.
And for what this is worth: if there are more than one or two items in the Gangster bundle that you want and don't have, and you have a purple banner, it's actually just about worth it, if you're getting the underbelly bundle itself.
