I see them now its several items in the blowout catergory. I do agree this is not what the PC advertises but unfortunately around here, it its what it is. You can put in a support ticket to Customer Services lodging your complaint I will but to be honest they have been diminishing the value of the PC club bit by bit over the years.

I suspect the items will show up in DIM once they show up in the Product Library. Site support is undoubtedly working on this already, and it's just a matter of time before those items show up correctly. If a lot of people purchased the bundle right away, there may be a lot of accounts that need to be manually updated. I shall be patient. I promise.

It's August 24 and this is still not fixed.

I had a DAZ support person try to help me with the missing products from the bundles included in the Feed the People Bundle earlier today. We were going back and forth via email for a while but the communication stopped without a resolution. So I can verify that DAZ definitely knows there's an issue, but I don't know what the ETA on a fix is.

Genesis 3 Blowout doesn't work with the PC+ 08-20Save6 coupon.-- even though there is no disclaimer to that effect. I put 5 items from the Blowout in my cart with a new PC+ item (Beneath Fire Mountain: The Abyss Fields) to trigger the Blowout pricing, plus an older PC+ item to put the cart total over $18 NOT COUNTING the $2.99 price of the new item. ALL my blowout items qualify for the coupon, since the $6 off works properly when I remove the new item from the cart, making the 5 Blowout items $12 each.

If this is how the promo is supposed to work, I just won't bother with it.

I'm struggling with the MYSTIQUE-30 code. 

I add 3 items to the cart. Then I added some more stuff from the list but the code states it is invalid.

Any ideas on what I'm supposed to add to get it to work?

I'm still waiting on my $50 credit for buying the big Tara bundle.  Submitted a ticket yesterday. Hoping it will show up tomorrow.  Anyone else have this problem?

Daz tries not to do stacking discounts. They do happen, but not as often.

The bundle released with an offer of a 60% discount for up to five additional items from an extensive list. I'd planned a cart but was waiting for a fix to be confirmed.

If the discounts aren't returning, Daz should lower the price of the bundle significantly - it presents a much lesser value in that case.

I did submit a ticket several days ago !!!

I hadn't submitted tickets on either the IGD Just Sit Poses for Genesis 8 Female nor the issue with the Feed the People Bundle which had download issues. The pose set was reported by Richard on Friday and still has no download methods. My problem with the Bundle was weird as I owned most of the items offered, except two kitchens, the family poses, and two items in the FG Ice Cream Parlor Bundle. Well the kitchens and poses downloaded, but the two items from the FG Ice Cream Parlor Bundle did not, and now looking at their page, it still shows that I do not own them still. 

So yeah, I will send in a report, this is totally off and frustrating. Those two items were ones I didn't want anyways, but I have paid for them. I did pay for the other pose set and really did want them and had plans to use them.

Files 7 and 8 are missing or might not excist. This happens with Install Manager as well.

 

Issued a support ticket to correct this.

That's unfortunate if so - I'm not interested in paying the same price for the bundle if we lose one of its most valuable components for having waited for Daz to fix the botched rollout.

This situation could have been easily prevented with some basic communication from Daz: "Hey, we're working on a fix, but please buy the bundle now if you're interested because this offer ends tomorrow - we promise we'll get you sorted quickly!"

Besides that, making the offer substantially worse over time seems counterproductive if the goal is to continue sales and increase the total donation amount over the next month. Maybe it could have encouraged more sales up front if the duration of the offer was known in advance, but it wasn't.

Anyway, I realize that it's not your call how the deals shake out. Thank you for taking a moment to answer my questions.

What is going on with the website issues? I'm not angry, am just wanting a little more information about the delays in fixing problems. Still can't download content from four days ago. The problem has been reported by others. I think a little "We're having troubles, and apologies for any delays on fixing problems" statement might go to help. That or start handing out deep discounts for people experiencing problems on their next purchases. I'm seeing all sorts of postings. For me still waiting on IGD Just Sit Poses for Genesis 8 Female to be able to be downloaded through any means. Thought this would be fixed a few days ago. Am going to post a help ticket and see if that speeds the fix up.
