    ...was able to find teh PDF version as mentioned in my reply to TJohn above.

    As to the reconstructed scene (and all future scenes/scene subsets) I have made it S.O.P to save a separate backup not only on disk but flash drive as well.

    Glad you found the pdf. I think AoA is probably the one to thank for that, as he does a great job of writing manuals for his products before release.

    KK, if you installed the grass shader with DIM, the pdf for that should be installed as shown in the pic below in the Readme's.

    ...unfortunately I had to manually download and install it as I have no net access from home so the DIM is useless for the time being. I've been downloading to the notebook while at the hotspot cafe, then transferring the installers over to the workstation via flash drive when I get home.

    However just checked the Documentation Centre and surprisingly was able to find a download link for the PDF version there. Seems they are getting better at updating product documentation.

    Whether the DIM installed it or you did, the PDF should still be in the zip file, so you should have already had it. It doesn't make sense that it would not be in the manual download zip. But then...

    Drizzle, drizzle, drizzle. Dark, quiet, and yes Yawnulos is on his way... snzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

    Downloaded and installed a pile of goodies last night, bought the waitress outfit. Tonight I need to load up the diner and construct the interior, since it's going to be in most every VD (Vicky's Diner) render. Then it's Aiko's Gothic Sushi! :bug:

    2 cups of coffee already and I'm still ready to fall asleep on my keyboard!

    Still sick. No renders of genesis in skimpy outfit from today. Back to bed. Games are still updating on this tablet. Can't wit to turn tablet off

    eerg turns out when i tried to buy the Wild Hunter first time store gave me an error message so it looked like it didn't go through.

    so i bought it again and it went through. but now my bank statement is showing the first charge and there is no store receipt in my daz order history or an email to say the purchase went through.

    all i can do is send a screenshot of my bank statement to helpdesk. don't know how long it takes them to find out they have more money than their store order #s show.

    Well, blech. DAZ has been pretty good about fixing things like that, hopefully they can get you fixed quickly!! :bug:

    Complaint: Tried to use a Prime coupon the other day at Renderosity and it wouldn't work. I found out it's because my Prime membership expired. I can't afford to renew it. :down:

    Misty, it might take 3-5 business days. Depends on how busy Brittney and her customer service team is. Refund might take a little longer. Can't type on this tablet well.

    wonders if that store glitch gotcha anybody else.


    walked up to the corner starbucks for unsweetened iced latte. trying to build up an acquired taste for it. trying to not do diet soda anymores.


    trying to think of what would bother me most about dieing. aside from not rendering everything i've bought at least once.

    New PC + club is being rolled out. New PC items will no longer be $1.99. They won't even be a base price anymore, they will be on a tiered plan.

    At least existing $1.99 items up to releases today will remain at $1.99, but going forward, no more $1.99.

    Oh, well.

    $6 off PA items when you spend a minimum of $18. I guess I won't be able to use that much. :down:

    I've been PC+ for the last two months (actually got three coupons in June, since I used the regular PC one before switching, then got the PC DO coupon and the PC PA coupon). I actually liked it better with the %discount for PC items, rather than the fixed prices, because while it meant most of those old PC items were around $2.50 - $3, you could use the DO coupon on them, so effectively get 2 free each month. But, in all, it does look like a good move back toward the kind of deal the PC used to be.

    Omg, took me forever to get my normally quiet inbox in order. Today the floodgates open up and a ton of mail poured in. A ton of work too, as a piece if software wasn't working and we had to go through a long distance tech call to get it sorted out.

    Ironically a new employee was a former classmate from college. That was neat to find out.
    Blah, five new emails has just arrived. @_@. Floodgates are still open.
