    Mine isn't fixed, either. But they sure have made it easy to proper cancel (and not get your $$$ back) by accident!

    Daz Fixed is the new Daz Soon, I guess.

    I only had 6 days so not a biggie but was thinking if someone had a year it would be a problem 

    I renewed last night, so... yeah I would not be at all pleased.

    This whole roll-out is a complete disaster, a.k.a. the heavily sanitized way of saying what things have really been, and an easy-to-click link that automatically cancels your entire PC+ membership, effective immediately, no confirmation that you really want to, just makes it even worse.

    Since you still have six days left that you paid for, if you put in a support ticket they might be able to reinstate it.

    it's honestly not worth the trouble with all that's going on and I really do need to stop buying stuff, I spent money I don't have to spare already, I was really warning others about this more than anything 

    if they find time to fix it OK but it's not a priority 

    only sad thing is missing out on the final weekly freebie

    I bought a gift cert just now, and...well, I had to re-enter my credit card info...twice...to get it to work, and it did work, and did bill me, but no GC has shown up yet.

    I understand the old model used to deliver it in-process while the purchase was completing, and doing it asynchronously is probably a much better idea, but...some idea of how long it takes to deliver would be good.

    Interesting. Store orders are now 20 letters/ numbers, so indeed they did go huge. It's 2 letters (DA)  followed by 18 numbers, instead of the 9 numbers previously. Wow. They are done in groups, with hypens, making it easy to read though.

    I wish I saw this thread before the store change. Many of the PC for a day items were removed, I lost my cart, my PC membership is still showing cancelled, everything is full price, store credit is screwed up and pretty much everything is screwed up except the forums...

    I'm oddly seeing one of the sub-forums (fora?) but not the main one. Also got the odd 0000 date in PC membership page. Also Vendor Tools is telling me to come back in a few minutes. Same in Chrome as in Waterfox.

    Forum is also missing icons (getting placeholder squares in both). I'm sure it'll get sorted - just needs a kick, a shake, and a settle*.

     

    *disclaimer: I'm not in IT so any advice I may have on how to fix the software should be taken figuratively at worst and ignored at best.

    I don't think that's a new one.

    Even before the store change it sometimes took a day to get the GC ... it depended on the moon phase and the weather on Venus. I think.

    I even had to contact Support once when it didn't show up after a week.

  • Well, I have been unable to pay at checkout for anything from any device after trying for 5 hours even trying multiple payment methods and setting up credit card again despite them working before. I have logged a support ticket for assistance to get the order sorted. Note I am trying to get this sorted at the prices as they were in my cart...

    Realistically, it might take a bit longer - the team are getting some shut eye shortly.. so it might be later today that the issues will be fixed.

    Is somebody able to add https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-c1-spiky-hair-for-genesis-3-and-8 to their wishlist? I can add other things, but this one refuses and says I have to login (I AM logged in and like I said, other things are working fine).

    Uhm, after a test order which seemed to go through just fine, now I can't access my product library anymore, and all the recent orders are set to '0,00' ...

    If you are seeing the PC forums and discounts in the store it is just a small error that will be fixed ... soon.

    No discount at all in the cart. Item is -30% but if you add to cart it will show 0% and full price.

    I found my pc+ status is "cancelled" on subscription page.
    I did not cancel.
    And according to membership info , the expiration date is 2021-08-14.

    Do I need to contact DAZ3D support to fix this

    ...yeah that's the same thing I'm getting.

    Well going to put everything I had selected Saturday night back in the cart and hope when I get up later the prices will be correct.
