@kerya Won't add that product to my wishlist either, same message.
Not sure if this has been mentioned: PC items are not discounted correctly in my wishlist, there's a weird mix of discounts but none amounts to the correct 1,99, 2,99 and so forth.

Never happened to me - they always show up immediately or within a few minutes, and always one code, never two where one doesn't work, like some people experience.
But then, that's was the old store, hard to tell how things are working now.

I did have the 'double code' sent problem, once or twice in a short period of time (maybe inside a week), but it never happened again. Generally when I buy a GC, the entire purchase process pauses while it probably posts the GC to my email, and I get it _immediately_. Now I imagine that's one thing they'd want to change, putting the 'GC Send' on a queue, and processing it out of band, but it's been a bit now and no GC...
It might have something to do with a very discounted GC, but I'm worried.

We are aware of a number of outstanding issues.. so please don't panic, it's been logged and will be sorted ASAP. You don't need to file a ticket etc.

Just did some test checkouts for a gift card through the various payment methods, and emails got delivered fairly quickly for all of them. One thing to note, delivery of them has changed to go through the same email provider that sends out our normal marketing email instead of just generating and sent through the servers' local sendmail. Because of the different routing, or potentially other rules people may have put around getting Daz's marketing email, it might have gone to a sorted folder or spam folder unnoticed.
If you still haven't gotten your giftcard after checking those spots, let us know.

My Order is processing since minutes via PayPal... "Please wait while the order is processing..."
Did 2 test orders with store credit, both seem to be okay. Product library is back up and working.
Can't use DIM though because it seems to have forgotten how to read my installed and downloaded products - it's currently showing ALL my products as downloadable, 0 as downloaded and 0 as installed ;-) So although I probably could download the new things through there, I'll rather not just now, unless it messes up my whole installation. But I guess that will be fixed with an update or something, right?
OMG you nailed it! That's like turning back the time an hour this past weekend, did we really want another hour of 2020?
BTW, I had my DIM open prior to the store changeover, just tested it based on the post above. Refreshing did nothing. So I exited and tried to start it up. Nothing. Won't open at all. Now it comes up but won't go past the login page.
Edit again- Great. It opened and I have 0 products purchased, ready to download. But it does show what's already installed. So I have different problems than you do, I can't see any of my products which haven't been installed, but can see the installed ones.
We're aware of a problem with DIM (and Daz Central) where some aren't loading up correctly. This worked in our development environments and testing, but is running into memory constraint issues in our production environment for a subset of customers. We thankfully know what the problem is and have a plan of attack to get it fixed once the team is all awake again. In short, a fix will be out shortly for this.
So this mean if I buy something with wrong price I don't need to open ticket and you refund me overpaid amount automatically? Or you guys just will all extra money and buy more fuel to your private jet? ;)
On a different note.... does anyone know what Dagger Dancer Interactive Lesson for DAZ Studio 4.8+ (Mac) is? It's showing up in my DIM under Product Updates, and it instantly gives Download Failed when clicked on. I'm also not on a Mac, so not sure why I'd be getting something like this product sent me. >>giggles<<
It also doesn't show up in product search, so I'm guessing its either so old it got discontinued (so why would there be an update? :D ) or its some unrelated file that somehow got plopped into the updates folder at the back end.

Something that I always used to find very useful for the best current deals is the "Sort by % Off" filter for the product listings; just being able to sort for Lowest Prices First is not enough.
That's added by the browser addon. Most addon functions don't work at this point. See the addon thread for updates on this.
Thanks, no rush on my part as I heeded the warning about DIM being involved in the store changeover. I downloaded all my stuff prior to that. It is weird that people are getting different errors, so you must have different subsets. Thanks for working on it.
PayPal has informed me that my order has been debited and completed.
However, it does not appear under "My Orders". Also the products under "Product Library" of this order do not appear.

DIM had an update which I did and then downloaded all my pending downloads without any problems. I did get the Mac lesson update too but I just hid that as I don't have a Mac :)
I tried to file a ticket, but can't because it's broken. I hear you about sitting tight, but as of now, I'm short about $500 which makes that a little difficult. It's hard to have faith at the moment, you know? lol

That's a feature of the DAZ deals plugin, not the native DAZ site. Because a software change of this magnitude is difficult to keep up with, it may take some time for the DAZ Deals plugin to work again. I recommend disabling it until a new release fixes it for the new store. That way you know you're not adding to the problems you're running into.
DIM isn't working for me, but I'm probably one of those customers who overloads the memory of the server trying to load my product library.
I look forward to a fix.
As for the gift card, I did not get an order confirmation OR a GC for DA20-1102-99B5-58CF-ACCD. Also the order list shows the un-discounted price, which is not consistent with past orders.

I know it may be a bit of more work, but can you add a list of known issues, e.g. to the blog? Perhaps makes it easier to concentrate also on your side, as people are not reporting things already known and worked on.
added about 30 items to my cart.
none where at the shop price when i went to check out. all where WAY more expensive.
dropped my entiire card.
picked one item, really wanted it. tried to buy it. wouldn't take my money.
so far; this sucks
