I was afraid of this when I heard he'd been admitted into hospital a few days ago. The Star Trek community and movie industry have lost an icon that will be near impossible to replace.

Someone go kick Kirk in the arse to find that Genesis planet already... :(

Just so every one who uses m4 knows the trailblazer outfit is now available on Vanishingpoint.

Not a problem, I fully understand that and I can wait for it to come out. I am just glad that you are willing to go through the trouble to support V4/M4 for Poser users. Thank you for that!

I've got a project to create a texture set for the tng Exployer(m4 v4) set in the works. After I' m done with the Tng nemesis set, I can finish this.

Sorry, Things are very hard for me right now, my father passed last month so I haven't been able to contribute lately.

I am sorry to hear that your father passed away. There is certainly no need to apologize for that. I am sure when you are ready you will get back into the swing of it. Until then take caer of yourself and your family and we look forward to seeing what you have for us when you are ready.

Here's a sample render of the texture set for NVerts3D Explorer for M4 and V4.... there's a little more I have to do to clean it up before I post.

It'll be TNG with colors Red, Gold, Teal, and Blue.

The default rankpins and combadge are excellent, I won't be offering any alternatives...

Okay, I've checked Daz, Rendo and RDNA and I cannot find the short, bristly black hair that Geordi wore. Anyone have any ideas?

Got it book marked. Waiting for a new credit card. Somebody in England got hold of my old number and ran up 700$ in charges by the time the card company caught it.

    Ouch x infinity!

I got a call from Wells Fargo over the weekend, informing me of $2475 worth of "suspicious activity". They tell me that I'll "probably" get it back once they're finished with their investigation; 10 business days, so they promise.

Mine's with Bank Americard and they told me I wasn't responsible for any of it- that it wouldn't affect my credit at all.

Got it. I'll give it a try. A lot of the models I've been trying are memory hogs. Just the hair and the character- no environment- and it's taking forever to render. Not going to work.

    There's no hair in that file- it's gym work-out add-ons. That's why it's free.

If it renders okay then it's probably just the usual OpenGL limitations in handling multiple transparencies.
