Here's the surprise: 1701-E's engineering section. The orignal Sketch-up model was by Collin E. and he gave me permission to share my obj conversion:

Hello, I was wondering if you could give some feedback and advice.
These are my prototype Rigelian Ferengi and Kobali character morph for Genesis.
Does anyone know a good way of creating the face ridges for the Ferengi and the skin textures for the other two?

Fantastic is my opinion. Your obviously quite talented.

I would dearly LOVE to see Gorn and the Amphibiods from Star Fleet Battles from the Interstellar Concorium... but I can wish.
