    Finally caught up again.

The recycled body was a 49-year old homeless man from downtown. The senior tech from Time-Warner never showed up today. Two gasoline cans are missing from my front porch. Our predicted severe thunderstorms turned out to be mostly noise, just a tiny sprinkle of rain drops that didn't even cover the sidewalk. Results are in from yesterday's visit to the dr. Prescription called in for UTI, referral to cardiologist.

Other than that, I have no complaints. Nice salad, sammich, and strawberry ice cream for lunch. Roast chicken ready to be eaten for dinner.

I hope you find your gas cans, and that you get well soonest! :cheese:

I also hope you get some rain, dang, it's been forever it seems... :long:

I heard about a wind storm in Salt Lake City. I hope the Daz staff is ok. I-80 is closed near the Nevada border. I think it will snow tonight? So the weather goes from 70 degrees to 30 degrees in less than 24 hours? Wow.

I thought abrupt weather changes like this only happened in Texas. Hmmm, maybe we annexed Nevada.

We went from 74F to snow the next day here. :ahhh: THE WEATHER FOLLOWED ME FROM AUSTIN HELP HELP HELP :ahhh:

I'm afraid you are beyond help, TroutFace. It would require a Great Wizard and I'm just an apprentice magician.

    Mummer's Dance - Loreena
When in the springtime of the year
When the trees are crowned with leaves
When the ash and oak, and the birch and yew
    Are dressed in ribbons fair

When owls call the breathless moon
In the blue veil of the night
The shadows of the trees appear
    Amidst the lantern light

We've been rambling all the night
And some time of this day
    Now returning back again
    We bring a garland gay

Who will go down to those shady groves
    And summon the shadows there
And tie a ribbon on those sheltering arms
In the springtime of the year

how they reckon he got himself to recycles?

He was done in by a 52-year old homeless woman using a big rock. She said she wanted him to go away.

    Keeping Austin weird!

I'd try a little weatherwork myself but the last time I did anything to make it rain, we had a hurricane 3 days later.. coincidence.. :blank:

Why would you have gasoline cans on your front porch? I would think that's something that should be out back, and not actually in or on the building. Too tempting to crooks, vandals and stupid teens pulling a prank when in plain sight like that.

    Dana

They weren't in plain sight. Only visible when at the front door. I suspect the yard man and boss lady from the rehab house next door. They have a penchant for "borrowing" from my house. They don't ask and don't return, especially if they think it belongs to one of my roomers who is the former boyfriend of the boss lady. Guess I'll be moving everything to the back today. It's a shame because my grandson and I like sitting on the porch watching the cars go by.

    Awww :3

I just ordered one last plush from that line. Didn't have the $ at the time but paycheck came in so I thought why not?
I haven't actually played the games these guys are from, and that blue one (Lagiacrus) was cut from the series after like, one game. Apparently he relied on a fairly unpopular mechanic (Swimming) that was removed so there wasn't any way for them to keep him in-game.

I've stumbled across some cute artwork of the various critters as well, like this one:
If only they were that cute in the game
Then again, maybe it's best they aren't because then it'd make you feel very bad for killing them :-P

We're going to be having a Cinco de Mayo celebration at my house. My little Chihuahua, blind and deaf, will be 14 years old. We've been together ever since he was big enough to leave his mama.

...there used to be a coffee cart in the one of old neighbourhoods I lived in years ago. This one fellow who worked at the nearby hospital would show up and get 6 shots, in a cup of the strongest coffee they had. We called it the "Angina Special".
