just logging in to let everyone know that I am o.k. I'm tired from going to a convention in Tysons Corner three days in a row. Next time, I am going to book a hotel room near the convention instead of sleeping at my friend's house. Ok, good night all.

...yeah, usually see them around Mt Hood. The ones I feel are more freaky are the wall and shelf clouds of supercell thunderstorms. Look like something out of a nightmare.

I am trying to figure out how Monique is unique

that would be an interesting observation.
    ??

Trying to figure out what type of scene she should go in?

    steampunk :)

when in doubt - steampunk it

Found a scene but it seems to be an HD scene as it is taking a long time to do a test render.

    HD = heavy duty

    the scene is this https://www.daz3d.com/infinite-gardens

a nice set. i imagine a lot of faeries and flutterbys hovering amid the flowers
    ...surprised I don't have that.

...yeah been away all day Sunday (which just morphed into into Monday about 30 min ago).

Been really nice here. About to change later today with temps about 20° colder than it's been the last several days and rain through Wednesday. After that we get our first taste of 90°+ weather.for the year. Think this summer may be a record breaker as mid to late July is usually the hottest time of the year.

I'm still breathing. My brother has been visiting through the weekend. We're going to the Tennessee Aquarium today. I've never been there, even though I only live 40 miles away (I don't like driving in Chattanooga traffic). L8R.

A quick Google finds Freedom Hill Elementary School in Fairfax county Virginia. Same county as Tysons Corner. Tysons Corner is northwest of Washington DC, ten miles or so out, about halfway to Dulles Airport. Don't let the name fool you, Tysons Corner is not a small town! But there are photos of when it was just a service station/restaurant at the intersection of routes 7 and 123.

    Tysons Corner 1936 and now:

    Good morning! :cheese:

Been Brycing all weekend.. it's definitely far easier to make album and track art in Bryce than DS, so hopefully I can start producing cooler album covers.

Warm and overcast here.. headed out for a brew at Noon, then back home to play with Bryce some more.

I hope everyone has a great day!

    waits for next Star drop

I need to pull myself away from Brycing for a bit and do a Star pinup! :cheese:

    ...Monday weirdness complaints:

--When I opened FF on the workstation, I could neither move or resize the window. Entered a support ticket for that.
--DIM acting screwy. when I selected all the items I bought last night and clicked "Start Queue" it just jumped down the product list and selected some random item. Had to DL each item one by one using the Download button on the right side. Install queue ran OK though.

Drizzly and in the 50s today. Looks like finally a bit of a respite from the drenching Texas and Oklahoma have been receiving..

Summer in Zagreb, 80s & 90s for the next ten days.

Meanwhile the weather in Milwaukee seems to not have have a clue it is the first of June. Sunny, but only 50° (21° below the normal for this time of year) and it's already after 13:00 there.

Blah, truck had to be put in the shop. The window won't roll up. Fiancé and I both suspect the motor in the door went out, but the shop won't even look at it until tomorrow

i can still remember barney the purple dino

What do you mean "remember"? He's still on the boob tube. My 3-yr old grandson loves to watch him and even dances with Barney. Oh, yes, I remember Captain Kangaroo and Mr. Greenjeans. The show that preceded it where we were was Ding Dong School with Miss Frances. My little sister and brother thought she was actually hearing them and would enthusiastically shout answers to her questions.

Got an email from someone who wants to put me and some friends in an historical exhibition, iz depressing

Depressing is visiting a museum and having your daughter exclaim: Look, Mom, we have one of those in our kitchen, but we use ours.
