    There is a delay with V9 being added to peoples accounts. It "should" be this morning some time. There are also some download issue atm that are being worked on.

    Yes, just finished with DIM, not there either. I added that the freebies weren't included also. Frustrating.

    And Windows and Nvidia want to make sure my day is great with updates. Windows okay, not sure about Nvidia after them screwing up the Game Ready Driver, not want my Studio Driver messed up by them.

    I always considered "Game Ready"  as the Beta and "Studio" as the proper release of their drivers. xD At least in my opinion the Studio drivers were the stable ones.

     Sorry, but for many customers the download is also not available on this page.  I tried the different possibilities without success.

    Will we get the Victoria 9 Hair with the character as when I pre-ordered weeks ago it said if you pre-order you get the hair with the model victoria 9HD.

    If you bought the preorder bundle, there is nothing to buy to activate this discount.

    The 'Character Essentials' pack doesn't have corresponding textures for genitalia... you just get to use a blank version... which is pretty useless. I've also checked the manual download (zips) and no dice... We gets no gens textures to use on either the male or female gens.

    This is really not on DAZ. As we have to buy the expansion to get the gens... then the default mats should be provided. As though we were buying a Pro bundle!!!

    I pre-ordered the bundle and it shows in my product library but not in DIM. Also we were supposed to get the 2 free items (hair + swimsuit) which are not showing in my account. When will those be made available?

    hrm. Hasn't Jay shown a tool to convert Poses from Gen8 to Gen9 in the reveal stream? I remember it is done by ManFriday, will it be released as a separate product or should it be included within Studio 4.21?

    That is good to know. I will definitely buy this then. Would be a waste of a vast library otherwise.

    Pre-ordered the Victoria 9 HD Presale Bundle (now changed in Intro Bundle and this is disappointing because it creates a LOT of chaos), still no download are available. In the store the separate products don't show ad "purchased".

    Not sure exactly what I am supposed to post here - I preordered the V9 bundle - I have installed and received the gen9 starter essentials, but nothing else. Not sure if there is anything I am supposed to do, or just wait?

    Like many others Victoria 9 bundle shows as purchaseds but none of the individual products do and I can't download anything from it. I was able to download the starter essentials and the bonus items for preordering however. I haven't tried anything with my starter essentials yet to see if I have the same issues with eyebrows and such as I figure it's pointless until an update eventually goes out.

    I saw the email this morning that I could now download the Victoria 9 HD bundle that I bought in September. When I went to DIM, only the Genesis 9 Starter Essentials were there to be downloaded. When I look in my product library, I see that I've purchased the V9 HD bundle, but all the parts show as not purchased—which has never been the case with other bundles. What's going on? None of the prodicts show up inmy DAZ library after I downloaded the essentials. I expected all the parts of the bundle to appear in DIM; none did. What did I pay $80.00 for a month ago?

    Another name to be added to the list of unhappy V9 pre-purchasers.  I see V9 intro bundle "purchased" on the store, nothing in DIM.  I don't use DazCentral, because it manages to screw things up royally when I do sit through the extended load time.  It also makes me click each product individually.  The product page shows only V9 HD is included, however clicking on that claims I don't own it.  Further down the page is another "What's included..." section that has links to the other products, none of which are "purchased".

    This isn't a smooth roll out.  Daz folks need to work this out quick.  This is a rather worrying trend where product bundle releases are screwed up on launch.  In particular when a product bundle includes components that aren't released at the same time, you can't get details on the components, only the "oops" page.

    Going to throw my name in here as well as one who Pre ordered the Victoria 9 HD Intro Bundle back on 27th of September There is nothing downloadable in DIM ,but shows as purchased in product library. Don't know if the Voss hair or other bathing suit is supposed to be the pre order  bonus or not but they are not there either.  sad

    Things that I've noticed

    1. Like others, I can get G9 Essentials but not by V9 Preorder bundle. It shows as purchased in my account, but does not show up in DIM
    2. Like others, I get an error using the eyebrows, message says missing files
    3. The shirt - none of its adjustment morphs seem to work. I've tried them all, at various settings... no change at all.
    4. Agree about the poses - the "male" ones still have a feminine flair to them, like the feet
    5. There doesn't seem to be baseline expression morphs - is that expected?

    That being said, the figures look nice, and they rendered nicely (using my new RTX 4090 :-D). I'm looking forward to the Victoria 9 release

    Same problem for me: updated DAZ, downloaded the Genesis 9 starter essentials, and.... no sign of Victoria 9 or the BUNDLE I pre-ordered in DAZ Central.  I await a fix, soon, I hope.

    Yep... Should have listened to that little voice in the back of my head, but I wanted to play with her as well. That was a waste of money. Should have let myself collect the interest on that in my bank account instead of letting Daz collect interest on my money in their bank account.

     

    No Vicky, no hair, no poses, no nothing. Thanks for the customer appreciation Daz.

    Add me to the list of preorders that currently have nothing - I use the product page to download stuff, and while I do have the V9 intro bundle in products, clicking on any of the products in the bundle gives me black swirly page instead of anything useful.  No sign of any preorder bonus if it's supposed to be the Voss hair and the bikini.  Was able to download the G9 starter essentials, but haven't tried to install/use that yet.
