I think it's dependent on what you pre-ordered. I believe if you just ordered V9 you got Voss hair as a bonus. If you ordered the bundle, you got Voss hair and the bikini.
So The Victoria Intro Bundle that I pre-ordered has shown up in DIM, and I have installed her/it.
The bonus items (Voss Hair and Summer Swimsuit) were not there yet. But I'll wait for those.
Now, to go test some of it out :-)
Mine just showed up in DIM, but a bunch of stuff already installed has been reset to "Ready to Download". And, as someone else mentioned, the order dates are wrong, too. I think the root cause is with their database(s).
I got the 111$ bundle so I am missing 2 items, thanks everyone
now to find out where the Anatomical elements is hiding..
edit: (it used to come with Vic or michael bundle only, now its with packaged with Genesis 9 Character Essentials)

I just downloaded the V9 HD Intro bundle, which I preordered September 21, but the Voss Hair and Summer Bikini are not showing up as free. I put them in my cart and they're regularlly priced. Am I missing something?
As an afterthought, I checked my account and found a disconnect between the preorder (which shows up as part of my orders) and my account library (which includes the HD Intro Bundle but no link to the order itself). Instead, where the order number show be there's the statement, "Order: Manually Added". (Screencap included.)
Weird.
Okay, now I had to laugh hard. really hard. I just received an email with a 10$ discount if I return and purchase Victoria9HD. While I'm using the exact same model in DAZ Studio. xD
What's with this coupon I just received by email, after buying the V9 bundle and some other stuff this morning.
My last previous purchase was yesterday. Daz is messed up. This is just insulting.

I finally got the pre-order items. Not the two bonus items for pre-ordering, though. And yes, I am totally with @Sevrin that the coupon just sent out by Daz is just another slap in the face.
You know guys, rather than gripping about the $10 coupon ... read the rest of the email! There's a $20 coupon that works for the selected group :-)
What I would love to know , Because I pre-ordered back in September for the Victoria 9 HD Intro Bundle, are the bonus items now not goingt to be offered? Or was there a certian time frame? I ordered on the 27th Of September.
I too got that interesting Email offer, but None of the " Early order bonus" items have circulated in yet. Super confused.. and my items" updated" but the void of swirling mass still is twirling in the product libary, For any info its 6:45 pm Est where I am.
Old DOs I've had years to pick over already? And not one item is worth $20. Some consolation.
The coupon email may have been scheduled days ago, it is just unfortunate that there are some issues on the same day.
They did not manage the Mystery Grab Bag. They had issues with the bonus item of the "Demigod" series (Artheia). They had issues with the bonus item of the "Fairytail" series (XI Steampunk Pumpkin Carriage). In other companies, the responsible persons would have a hard time with HR already.
Especially considering they were all like $2-5 two days ago. I mean, come on. I'm not griping about the fact they sent a coupon, I'm griping that it is insulting. A useless $10 off coupon and a somewhat less, but still mostly useless up to $20 coupon. What about instead of $30 of thanks for nothing, they give people the character essentials for free, since that should have been there to begin with. I don't know, this whole everything today has left a really sour taste in my mouth. I'm considering returning all of it and just sitting this generation out, and I wouldn't be saying that if they hadn't sent out this tone-deaf premade copy sorry letter that DOES NOT SAY SORRY, it says come back. I don't need to come back, I've been here the whole time. I have plenty of characters already anyway.
I got that email literally five minutes after using my Daz+ monthly coupon on V9.
It's still an affront to those of us who preordered and paid weeks ago without a $10 discount. Especially because many of us have yet to receive the promised preorder bonus item(s). I submitted a help request and asked for $10 store credit to make up for this offer-after-the-fact. We'll see how that goes. Their attempt to make customers feel valued has completely backfired on preorder customers and made us feel exactly the opposite of valued. There have been way too many mistakes made on this G9 launch. I'm surprised the forum hasn't completely crumbled under the weight of customer complaints and confusion.
I replied to my email about the missing Voss Hair and Summer Bikini, and also reported that the sort order in DIM was again messed up. I found most of the items by Highest ID Product Code. Except for the DAZ+ Freebie today, everything surfed to the top of the list. The flowers were a little bit down.
I also mentioned the email that came in and thought it was weird.
I did try adding Voss Hair and Summer Bikini to my cart of the new items offered today, but they still stayed at cost, not free. But since we are finding that more G8 items are able to be used on G9 than we thought, it is not so desperate as it could be. Remember the switch from G3 to G8 and the difference in arms.
Are you saying that you haven't pre-ordered her? This would give the "please come back" mail a new spin.
They managed to make a lot of heavy mistakes at once, this time. Not for the first time, though. In other companies, that alone would be a red letter day.

Yeah, my first reaction when I got an email saying "We've missed you ... Things haven't been the same without you .." was to think "Seriously, DAZ, I was on the site buying stuff yesterday. You're starting to come across as just a little clingy."
But as someone pointed out, even those of us who pre-ordered Victoria 9 long ago can still benefit from the second generous coupon included in the mail, so it seems ungrateful to complain.
The coupon looks generous until you see what you can apply it to and the recent best price of those items. The link goes to older Genesis, G2 and G3 stuff. I hope you find something useful.
Not making a shopping list for proving stuff -- but so far any attempts I've made with regards to the Featured Artist Stores sales, meeting the criteria - sale prices will not go beyond the 65% on most items. Might get a mixed bag with most at 65% and one at 75%. Going by the criteria I think the discount was supposed to be more like 80-90%.
I bought the Victoria 9 Intro bundle. I installed genesis 9 starter essentials and Victoria 9 HD. I do not see any genitals in my downloads or library. I do not have a product package labeled 'character essentials' or 'anatomical elements' or similar in either DIM or my product library. Am I missing a download package? If so, add to the reported problems. If not, where are the naughty bits, and what else is hidden and where?
They are not free, You have to purchase the Character Essentials. They are in the store but not on the sale page for some bizarre reason.
OK, thank you. Has probably been repeated a number of times but reading the threads I had gotten the impression that other people had downloaded and installed the naughty bits as part of the bundle. My genesis basic male and Victoria 9 can remain neutered for the time being.
Hold it. The Character Essentials is an eyebrow product.
I realize I must be repeating what has been written many times across several threads, but this is absurd. Why are the anatomical elements hidden in an eyebrow add-on? Sure, I am old and out of touch, but do young people now have some kinky connection between eyebrows and genitals that would be obvious to anyone familiar with pop culture? What if I just want a wide variety of eyebrows? And why hide the wide variety of eyebrows?
