LOL try buying stuff from Musician's Friend LOL
You get regular phone calls from whatever newbie sales rep they assign to you, reminding you that he's there to help you with your next gear purchase. For years. Literally. Every time a new sales guy comes in, he gets your number, and he spams you. Needless to say, I don't shop there often for that reason.
"Dude, I bought a pack of strings from you 10 years ago. Take a hint." LOL
It isn't the eyebrows add-on, just the pictures mostly only show the eyebrows (there is one of the different eye colors). If you read the "Details" section of the Genesis 9 Character Essentials page it says it contains Anatomical Elements, Eyebrows, Eyelashes, and eye colors. The other items (Anatomical Elements, Eyelashes, and Eye Colors) are missing out of the "What's Included and Features" section unfortunately:
"With Genesis 9 anatomical elements, over 100 eyebrow options, half of which are card-based to work better in games, 32 eye colors, and 7 eyelash styles with 9 color options and separate control of the lower and upper lashes."

I didn't even pre-order this stuff, or purchase it, and I got the email about the coupon!

Has disappeared from Product Library again and when I go to the product page it doe not show as purchased
Now V9 bundle items are showing in library, but I can't download them, it's just a black thumb with spinning circle. The bonuses are still missing.
I see them in DIM. I can also download the zips.
They work now after I placed an order. Still missing the bonuses though.
Uhm, the coupon doesnot really work for 20 dollars, it's only for ONE item from the list - if you put in more, the second item will not be discounted, even if the total is below 20 bucks. Is this intended, or can it be fixed? Cheers! Tina
Edit: Sorry, I mean the coupon that came in that 'We missed you' e-mail where the first part is 10 dollars off of Vic9.

Yes I think so. If one is not a member most of those items are just under $20.
Oh well, okay, maybe it would have been a little clearer if it just said 'one item from this list'. I do hate these micro-disappointments.

Still no pre-order bonuses in DIM.

I pre-ordered the HD package. I see the basic HD items, but none of the pre-order bonuses have appeared in my product library on site, nor are they available via studio connect or DIM.

Chris will those who preordered still get the hair which we was supposed to get for free if we preordered as I didnt get mine. I only got the character and I preordered a good few weeks ago.
As I understand it they did a first sweep yesterday for the actual Victoria 9 bundle, with a second sweep for the bonus items to follow later when the servers were quieter (adding these ite4ms takes a fair bit of processing). I'm not sure if that should have happened by now or not - it's coming up for 6AM Daz time - but I have sent a folow up asking about its status.

I cannot make the Thank You coupon work. Buying two items-total over $35 and coupon is invalid.
A day later, still no bonus items for my prepurchase.
Just putting this here as a defense of people that screwed this one up. As a programmer of 20 years and currently a manager of development, I can appreciate how small things could turn into big problems. But this really is absurd. For a problem like this to make itself visible to customers, there are failures across the board. That includes system architecture if making a simple update is intensive enough to require time measured in days or why these updates weren't done between the date of prepurchase and product release.
As a side note, anyone else notice:
1. DAZ+ anniversary sale was only 2 weeks long this year. Historically, these sales last a month or so. Basically they cut their annual sale short to screw up the launch of Genesis 9 and Victoria 9.
2. The coupon DAZ sent for $10 off would have made the prepurchase for V9 with a bonus the same price as buying it at launch and picking the free item. Both bonuses are about $10 at launch. And the email came out several hours after the launch so it likely missed people that bought it earlier.
3. The coupon for $20 off is for items generally 5+ years old they'd probably have a hard time selling today anyways, especially with the launch of new generation of genesis.
4. The email with the coupons said they missed me in the subject line and the intro paragraph. I've literally been buying stuff in their anniversary sale every day. That does make my contribution to their bottom line feel kind of insignificant.
This might be wishful thinking at this point, but I hope DAZ folks make this right. Where did that proverbial sword go?
Confirmation that my Vic 9 Bundle contents showed up in DIM overnight.
Still waiting for the Voss hair part of the V9 preorder. Think they must be doing them one by one. I don't mind the wait but the fact Voss hair doesn'y show in catalogue or orders keeps me on edge.
Look at the conditions for the coupon. Generally, a lot of things are excluded. New Releases in particular.

But the Victoria 9 bundle is no longer in my Product Library and no longer shows as purchased on the product page
Looks like it will be another day tomorrow checking every 30 mins to see if this Voss hair turns up, think I will hate it before I get it :)
I also still had not received it. So, I decided to return my order.
My "Thank you for supporting the anniversary sale" banner and message don't include expiration date.
Still waiting here for the bundle and the free items.
