I am seeing the products in my library BUT what I am not seeing is tfhe 3D Printing License for the individual products even though I purchased the 3D License for the Mystery Grab bag. I filed a ticket but the agent seemed to confuse my problem with a different problem and I still don't have the licenses applied.

Thanks for the response. Seems like a good buy knowing that the hair/fur is a stand alone asset, and can be used in creative ways.
Finally got them as well, in the last 30-40 minutes or so.
That shouldn't have been available on the bundle, I'm afraid, and you will get (may already have received) a refund for that part of the purchase.
Well, it was available the entire time the grab bag was available and after some thought I did purchase it (albeit seperately) in good faith; so, DAZ should honor it.
And, no, I haven't received a refund.

Dear Alessandro Mastronardi, not everybody has a high end computer. Sure would like to know what settings to use on all that lovely fur so D/S doesn't max out on memory.
I purchased the Grab Bag with high hopes for the Baboon. I am not returning because dreaming on, maybe one day I will spend more money on a computer than I spent on a new car years ago. {although I am hoping the prices of those will come down some more too but anyways ...}
Actually if anybody knows how to fix the fur for D/S not to reach anywhere near 8Gigs of memory usuage please feel free to share the knowledge.

And so what I did discover is that the nakid baboon loads with no tail. To get a tail one loads hairy, delete all the fur, unfit the geograft tail, unparent said tail, save just the tail as a scene subset. {and yes, it looks really weird, don't worry about it} Then when next loading baldy, that tail can be attached to it and now the nakid baboon has a tail. No fur, and it will render [on my system].
The furry tail will render. If I remove all the calls for something called "density" jpegs then something renders, Hallowe'en is coming but still no. I tried different settings - one of which was no better than nothing; and basically ALL the rest FAILED. Sometimes just a simple "error" message showed up, but still one has to close D/S - check over on the Task Manager and see how much memory it is choked with, close that process, .... and then sometimes the common error message appears as the system seeks to call home to M$ and make its report. Close those out. I do not normally send error logs to Daz3D either.

I ended up having to go to Paypal to get my Grab bag refund.
All in all, I am happy with the Grab Bag assortment. The fact that the Baboon fur is a wearable preset is a bonus!
Watching for the product pages so that I can get more info and images for the Earthwyrm and sub.
Eve is rather nifty, yes.
Made some headway with the Baboon, changed a lot of numbers and something rendered.
Using that as a reassurance that all will be well leaves a taste of "...but you could have been" in my mouth, which isn't something I would like to experience with a company that lives of my (and other peoples') trust and money.

A lot of people seemed concerned that they might not be on the radar, I was assuring them that they were and the issue was receiving attention (and a fix fairly soon afterwards).

That would be a bit more reassuring if it wasn't for the fact that this kind of issue keeps coming up constantly and DAZ hasn't even taken the most basic steps to deal with it, which would be A.) maintaining a 24 hour round the clock presence capable of actually noticing and fixing these things rather than waiting for normal hours of operation, or B.) at the very least changing store hours and staffing to conform with Eastern Standard time, which is home to over 47% of the U.S population and 63% of the Canadian by itself and, when combined with the Central zone, accounts for literally three quarters of the English speaking customers in North America. That's a huge percentage of the potential customer base who are left hanging for hours every morning waiting for the DAZ staff to show in the office, and usually further postpones anything until later in the day because they're already at work while DAZ is still catching up on it's Zzzzzs...
And boy does it smell bad with all of us crammed in this little tiny thing. No wonder they made it look like a dead fish! :D

Anyway, I'm glad that Atenais, this great artist of patterns, textures and shaders, is now in the Daz store!
If you suffer from very long G8F load times I recommed having a look on Turbo Loader. That product is a game changer. You can - either manually or through configurations - enable/disable figure morphs on the fly and thus lower load times tremendously. The product simply changes the extension of morph files so studio cannot find them. No need to install/uninstal via DIM or manually. Highly recommended!
OK I see that the items are in the store and that they have 3d Print licenses Why weren't they included with the bundle when I paid for one with the bundle
