    Well The weekend is coming up but still no resolution to my ticket - licenses still not added and not any refund either. This is beginning to look like the debacle where it took 3 weeks to get my  missing 15% discount.

    Did you purchase the license in the same order as the Grab Bag or seperately? I purchased mine seperately so that might make a difference.

    This is being worked on as of five hours ago, but I think it is not automatic. Still, I would hope yours would be done soon.

    Thanks. The refund is there now. However, I think that DAZ should honor their offers. Not real happy.

    No, I am nort sure where you are getting that from. The items were a day late being added to accounts, but they have been added now and you certainly should have them if you purchased the Grab Bag. If you do not please open a Sales Suport ticket so that that can be fixed.

    Depending on how you download and install products there are 13 separate zips for installation.
