Sadly, I agree. This reflects poorly on DAZ both in terms of its software QA and testing chops and its commitment to excellent customer service. To be clear, I am quite frankly more disappointed in DAZ for failing to own their mistake with some manner of communication to those who purchased the bundle; whether that be an apology or a statement acknowledging the problem and assurance they are working on a solution. This is basic Customer Service 101 stuff, folks. Otherwise, I am completely underwhelmed by the content in the mystery bag and will most likely avoid future "surprises".
Daz is (painfully) aware that not everyone has received the content as they should have and is looking into the problem. I don't have any timeline for a fix, but you have not been forgotten.

I haven't bought the bag, so I'm not directly concerned, but I feel very sorry for all the disappointed people on the one hand, and then for Richard and Frank on the other, who're left out here to take the blame. Cannot be such a major 'pain' to the company people if they cannot even be bothered to do their apologizing themselves, can it ...
I do hope everyone'll get their stuff real soon now, and still have fun rendering with it nevertheless.

I did not buy the mystery grab bag. Now that I know the contents (thank you for the pictures and reviews), I probably should have. Does the baboon require LAMH2 Iray Catalyzer? Can the fur be used as a wearable preset to G8 males without using catalyzer?
The disheartening part in all of this is that this is the 3rd time this same thing has happened in two / three weeks.
I really hope this gets worked out and doesn't just keep happening for all the buy now, get later sales.

Would not say that. First I cannot recall the weekly freebie not being a plant ;-) Second you never had daveyabbo-Morphs as DAZ+, nor Mousso girls, nor Xtrart-3d clothing, nor bituka environments etc. There have been similar DAZ+ products to those PVC and Glass shaders but not from the artist involved.

I put in a help ticket 8 hours ago, at 8AM. I have gotten no product. I did get an auto-generated email when I submitted the ticket, it said " Based on current ticket volume, please allow 3-4 business days for a response to your ticket request."

All there but still not showing the 3d Print license on the individual items. CS has said it was solved twice and I have just informed them for the third (fourth counting original ticket submission) that no it is not as they are still missing
I'd say the grab bag is less bang for buck than I'd get from a typical cart selected from the better clearance sales but is still a decent value. Satisfied enough now that the products have been delivered.
Received all the items early on it seems, and I'm satisfied with most of the items. Glad to see others are now receiving their orders. I know how annoying things can get here.
Though I have a question: Will each item have its own product page?
Hey all! We found what we think was the bug with the delivery of the Grab Bag items. It turns out there was a bottleneck in the system that caused the deliveries to fail at certain points.
I just ran another round of deliveries for the products. If you were waiting to receive them, please check your account and if you don't see the below products please reach out to customer service and we should be able to add them to your account manually.

Could be. The actor who played the main caveman in those Geico commercials is now playing Herman Munster in the new MUNSTERS film from Rob Zombie, and the while the original teaser trailers looked promising, the overwhelming consnsus on the final trailer is that it's not looking so good.
