Saw your update and tried again. I do log into DIM now, though it beach balls for a couple of minutes before I can download.
DIM has always paused for me after it loads tho as it's going through all the product config files and checking for updates and anything that might be missing so I think that is normal.
Same with me. I reset my password and still can't login yet I'm still signed into the the website and forums with my old password. I tried both new and old passwords on a different browser and it wouldn't work. I guess this is community wide.
...but it won't accept my credentials even though I used them to log in to the website, although I will say it gave a login failure on the webstie too a few times. Any ideas?
If you are using DAZ Central or DAZ Install Manager to install your content, you are better off not logging in to DAZ Studio, ever...
Logging in to DS is only needed when one has made an informed decision to use DAZ Connect inside DS as the primary means to install ones content, in which case there is no sense in using DAZ Central and/or DIM to installing content as all DAZ Connect installed content overrides content installed by all other means.
DAZ Connect inside DS is using completely different location for installing content, ie. one is installing content twice, taking twice the space if also using other means to install content.
Do you want to use DAZ Connect to install your products, instead of Central or DIM? Otherwise there is no reason to log in from Studio. To avoid it in the future, open the login dialog and remove your e-mail and password. Also go to Preferences->Startup and uncheck "Automatically Login with Remembered Credentials". PerttiA should be along any minute to give the standard spiel...
I can't log into DIM. My husband can log into his DIM account on the same computer. I get this error, using the same saved credentials that worked yesterday. I tried reentering the known correct info, but I get the same error from DIM. I submitted a help request, for what it is worth.
I just got this error while trying to log into the site. Twice it told me my password was wrong. On the third try it proceeded. Had a small panic attack.
Just tried to log into DIM and got the same "bad password" error.
DIM not working for me on Win 10 or Win 11. Can't log in with DS, either OS, but can still access my account through the web. Was working last night...
(added - weirdly, after I wrote my comment expecting it to appear "anon" - I auto got logged into the forum/site. But DIM is not accepting my credentials)
I can't sign into the site, and therefore can't buy anything .... but it is allowing me to post this message ..... that is weird .... despite being asked "Is your login and/password correct?" and then refusind my log-in attempt. And now, for no reason, I am signed in. How weird.

DIM is now working for me. I'm able to log in again and have downloaded/installed a product successfully.
Very happy now!

My DIM is up and running again!

I have the same thing happening. DIM, the website and DAZ 3D Studio all give a password failure.
My guess is they have a failure on the server that does user authentication, but perhaps the right people will see this too.
Have you opened a ticket with DAZ?
I just submitted a trouble ticket. Let's see how long it takes to fix the issue. I just bought a bunch of stuff and want to install it.
I haven't yet. I thought I'd first clarify if it were affecting me only.
Judging by these replies, I guess its a wider problem so probably better hold off from logging a ticket to avoid swamping them.
Definitely a widespread problem, so I'll avoid overwhelming the helpdesk with a ticket as well.

Yeah I'm getting "Server did not accept username/password" in Studio
I'm getting the same error also.
Same here, tried several times, but after refreshing it suddenly worked.

ETA: Ah, I see they've already been here...
reported, thank you.

Having the same problem. The server will not accept my log in credentials on Daz Central, DIM, or Daz Studio.
I've submitted a ticket, and Richard has also posted in another thread that the problem has been reported.
Same WTH, I have my account updated on the daz site but it still uses an email I can't get into anymore.
I can login online, but login fails when I try to login on my computer with DIM or Daz software. What's happening?????

I don't think it's your passwords that are the issue, I think the login itself isn't working correctly.
I logged in to DIM earlier with no issue and am now seeing the same message as everyone else.
My Install Manager won't let me log in. A while ago, when I was here in the forums, I got an error message that the DAZ server was not working.
Also posting seems to be lagged/buggy, I'm thinking this is a connectivity issue between DAZ and their isp?.
I can't log into here/forums or DIM.

I cannot login anywhere. Have reset the password multiple times but still cannot sign in.

Problem to get into DAZ Store and DIM too. 8((
Maybe Genesis 9 and Victoria 9 are just moving into the store now and making a big party out of it? ;)
