    Definately not fixed for me ATM; I get the message from DIM.  I didn't try a password reset.

  • So is it fixed or what cause I still can't log in to DIM or inside Daz, my offline stuff is fine but neither login will work, so am confused if it is fixed or what. Win 10 with recent update.

    Did you try resetting your password while it was down? I don't know that that would be an issue, but it does seem fixed for many (including me).

    That may be the issue (as in, it seems plausible - I don't know for sure). try again, now the system is back up, and if that doesn't shake it free I'm afraid you may need a support ticket

    Submitted a ticket.  I think my account is at the bottom of some barrel.  LOL  Had to submit a ticket for the grab-bag to work in the past too. 

  • I thought the problem had just happened here but now that i see you all are having the same thing, I suspect it is a regonional thing. I know someone in or near Australia that is not having a problem. I am in the USA so I am assuming it is only affecting US customers.

  • Hello .. what's the latest on this? I've just run into this problem in the last few minutes, so it still seems to be going on. Like others, I'm logged in to the website, but when I went to install something with DazCentral, I can't log in there or back in Daz Studio with either the original password or the new one I created. Bookmarking to watch ...

    Issue seems to be with the login server.  Timmy the Intern may have patched the servers.  Try resetting your password, if that doesn't work, you may need to submit a ticket.

    Already have ticket in, the problem with resetting the password is I can't gete into the old mail I used when I started in 2006. Meaning I can't get into the mail to reset it, there has been .a few times I tried to change the email over to the one I use now but because I can't get into the old mail it won't switch over in the settings.

  • yeah im having problems too, was logged off daz studio and daz central. Tried logging in and kept saying invalid username/password. Tried to reset password, no luck. I submitted a ticket...no response so far. I thought maybe my account got hacked...yet for some reason i'm still logged on in internet explorer. Tried other browsers and I also cant login. I hope I dont lose all my purchases, I would lose my mind.

    Is there anything further to report on this? It is still happening. It does nto seem to affecct everyone as I had previously mentioned. I was trying to run a queue of renders, but keeps getting stuck tryig to log in. Finally went in and disabled it from trying to log in on startup till this problem is resolved.

    is DIM accepting logins again?  definitely wasn't, earlier in the day.

    I was able to log in but now rendering in iray doesn't work on my end.

    It's a general login problem for the main Daz; I just tested it on a different computer where I haven't logged in to daz3d.com for some time and I can't log in there.  My log in to daz3d.com on this computer is "fine" and I can buy stuff (apparently), I just can't download it afterward.

    A work round if you really want to log in to daz3d.com when it's in this state is to go to the web site, https://www.daz3d.com and, rather than logging in there, select "Community" from the menu.  This should cause a prompt for a login and, at least for me, I was able to log in there (in fact I run Dashlane so I didn't even see the prompt - I just got logged in.)

    A workround for downloads is to then go to "orders" (i.e. the link in the top right "account" drop down) and use the "manual" download.  The DIM "download & install" link won't work.

  • Just my 2 cents, if you changed your password to the store, you would have to also tell DIM your new password - not be letting it connect before doing that.

    As to the rendering in Iray with the latest edition, going by a few comments, try rolling back to the previous Studio driver.

    I only needed to re-enter my password once for DIM & DAZ Studio Pro & DS Public Beta and it worked 1st try.

  • I am having issues as well. I am on windows 11. Cannot login to download manager.

  • Same problem here.  Could not log in on site or into Daz central, use the forgot password but still no goIinvalid login), but still get full access to my account info and activity. Funny my login gets rejected but still get site access, some security fixes needed here for sure.  Daz seems to have a corrupted user database perhaps after the update?

  • i cant login to my account it says server did not accept user name/password i reset my password twice and when i try to log in i get the same message... Can anyone help me please!!

    I was just able to log into DIM, and was able to log into the store and download from my product library, so may possibly be fixed now.

  • Still no luck here. And having tried updating the password and resetting it over the course of the last six hours, I have to wonder which password - if any of them - is the one now on record. Luckily still logged in on the browser ...

    Try deleting your cache and Daz cookies and see if that helps
