    Just tried another browser. Attempted to log into site. Told me log-in failed, but when I cam to the forum, it signed me in and the number of items in my cart also became visible. Something messed up here.

    So customer service gave me a temporary password and that doesn't work either for DIM or the store. As soon as they gave me the temporary password, I was disconnected from the store. I wonder how long before I am dumped off the forum and zendesk.

  • To log into the store; navigate to forum and log in there. You'll get a bad password error, but you will still log in to the forum server. Then you can navigate to the store, bypassing the log in.

    Doesn't work for DIM though.

    I am still logged in to the forum, I guess with my original passwrod. I'm scared to log out and try the temporary password, because if that doesn't work, I'll be completely cutoff.

    Update - hey, I can get to the store from this active forum session, without loging our and back in. Thanks Jason. I wonder if I could actuall buy anything.

    My temporary password just now worked in DIM. Maybe it just took some time to become active or maybe things are still intermittent.

    I would change that password once things calm down.

    I can log into DIM now. Haven't tried logging in and out of the store though.

  • I could connect without a problem yestoday, i'm having the same issue, reset the password several times but still cannot sign in

  • The issue should also be fixed, though there may be a further fix coming.

    I can log into the store now with the temporary password. Yes, I'll change it, but not right now. I don't want to mess with temporary success! I'll wait until things settle down, as you commented.

  • Yes, it is working now (though I was told there might be a further minor update to come). Please do check to see if there are existing threads on a topic before posting, you might have received the "it's fixed" alot sooner if you had used one of the threads already started.
