Can't log into Daz Studio or Daz Installation Manager .... incorrect password

    Is everyone still having issue with logging into DS, DIM and the store? If so we'll go ahead and report it again but this time you guys may need to submit tickets so they can narrow down what is causing it since it isn't effecting everyone.

  • Stupid question - is there cache/cookies for DazCentral/DIM/DS itself? I have separate computers for browsing and art, both running Win 10. I've now been able to log in with my newest password in a new browser window on the computer used for browsing, but still no success with DS, Daz Central, DIM on the art computer. (Also no luck logging in with a browser there.) I know how to clear cache/cookies for a browser but for Daz Studio itself, DazCentral, etc?

    Not sure if it will work for DS and DIM but it may for the site if your trying to work with a cached version of the site.

  • In case it's helpful, this is what the Daz Studio log shows:

    This is on a Win 10 computer on which I can log in to the website now, but still cannot login to Daz Studio, DazCentral or DIM with the same username/password.

  • I am experiencing login problems. Each time I try to enter my credentials I am met with the responce Login failed. Did you enter a valid username and password?

    I did enter the correct details. I use 1Password to store passwords. I tried to reset the password and received the email link. I created a new password and received the same message. The new passwords were correct. I just keep getting that message fired back at me. It's really frustrating.

    However, rather oddly ... login appears to work if I follow a link in my browsers history. I am already logged in. And the session works ... but I can't log in again!? And I can't use the content manager, which is what I was actually in the process of doing when the issue occurred.

    I have already raised a ticket ... but am posting this as the response in email said support is office hours Monday to Friday ... hopefully theres a moderator or someone in the DAZ tech team who can pick this issue up sooner.

  • wild hair question... have you all upgraded to 4.21? 
    I just finished download 30 or 40 products and am installing them now... but haven't downloaded any of the new daz updates

    Hmm, where all can't you log in to? It sounds like one issue can be caching on Daz's end. Yes we can get ahold of them we just can't guarantee that they answer or that hte issue can be fixed quickly..

  • It was weird. I changed my PW. It said it wouldn't accept it when I logged into DS on a different browser, but let me in like a few secs after. I haven't logged out on the website in chrome. I still can't get in in Daz Studio after CMS loads, or DIM, even with the new password 

  • My wife's account logs in fine.

    Still can't log in either. Problem started approcx 1PM yesterday. Win 10, yes recently updated. DS 4.21 on my end, worked fine until 1PM yesterday. Changed PW to Daz On different browser tried to log in, it wouldn't accept the password but logged in anyways the other browser. Chrome has been signed in through being constantly signed in. DIM and Daz Studio won't accept the PW via the server, offline mode. I bought an item to see if that would solve things, it did not. Still can't get in. Wife's account signs in fine. She left Daz approx 2015. Has logged in occasionally to get and redownload older V4 content. rver accepts the stored credentials on her end.

  • I'm in the UK and am experiecing the problem. I encountered problems in the middle of using DAZ3DIM. The connection broke and when I attempted to log in I got the message that the password/username were incorrect. Same happens when I log into the website. I get the message "Login failed. Did you enter a valid username and password?"

    I have attempted to reset the password. I recieved the email link. Went through the form successfully, but the new password also gets the message "Login failed. Did you enter a valid username and password?"

    However, the currently open session in the browser is already logged in and works (as it is already logged in).

    Cleaning cookies? Hmmm, I'll try in on another computer first. If it doesn't work it will kill this session and I won't be logged in anymore.

  • I have just attempted to clear cache/cookies on my Android phone. I have reset the password. I still get the message "Login failed. Did you enter a valid username and password?". I am also getting the error on my Laptop (OSX 11.6.5 ) and PC (Windows 10). I haven't upgraded Daz Studio recently. OSX 4.20.0.17 64 bit on Mac. I've just tried on a Windows Machine using MS Edge. I cleared cache/cookies and used the most recently set pw. Same error

    Also can't log into DIM on Mac, MacOS Monterey 10.6.

  • I can't log in to anything other than the main Daz site, though the site gives me an error it does update with me logged in.

  • I can't login to my install manager. Also If I loggin to the DAZ shop I get the error it's the wromg password, but then I'm logged in anway. But to the IM I can't login at all.

    Still same for me...  Waiting for the ticket.

    Mkay, I work in IT.  Have for decades.  It's always a known fact of "no-write-Friday".  Friday is the day you make new cables, image your spare systems, tidy up your work area. You want a nice quiet weekend because Monday is usually a hellstorm.
