On the PC+ sales page, there are 2 sets of "View these artists together" links (which are super helpful). The first should only have the 12 artists for the flash sale, but they also include the featured artists below them. Is there any way to split the two groups? Thanks! smiley

We depend on the code in the Daz sure and this issue would be caused by them only using a single "artistsTiles" div rather than two. Sadly nothing we can do to avoid that afaict.

Any news about an Edge version, yet?  blush

I really like the gallery images in a product's page! Were they originally sorted by number of likes, with the most popular renders appearing first? I thought they were. Seems lately they are out of order, with no particular sort order, unless I've got it wrong.

For example, on Urban Future 6, the first two gallery images have 10 likes, then the next has 8 lies, then the 16th image has 11 likes, and the last one has 13 likes.

Thanks again for such an awesome add-on! smiley

Generally, they are in order of likes, but the number of likes is not updated in real-time. Newer images are updated more often, older ones less often. (And I'm not talking about hours here, rather weeks for older images.)

Ok, thanks. I guess I thought the images were collected and sorted each time I open a product page. What you described probably helps to avoid long load times for each product page.

Yes, it gets the sorted list from our server, so your browser only needs to display it. Doing it on the fly would require looking through all the images in the background (imagine loading dozens or hundreds of pages in your browser), gathering the "likes" info, sorting them, and then displaying the sorted list. It would take forever. Plus it would put an enormous extra load on Daz's servers (having to deal with, say a hundred requests instead of just one).

  • Question - is there a way to bulk hide all of product "X" such as all of the $99.99 FBX products that I have no use for?

On the store page under software you can select the software that you want to see products for

That's one solution. Unfortunately, some are marked as "FBX," some are "FBX - Maya," and some simply don't mention any compatibility at all.

Since they are not added too often, the best I can suggest is that you hide them one by one. List them once on a search page, and quickly click the "hide item" though on all of them.

View These Artists Together doesn't work anymore, no filter is applied.

filter_vendor variables are in the URL : &filter_vendor=Leo%20Lee&filtered=1&filter_new=0&filter_platClub=0

The "See All" renders on a product's page is great! A suggestion would be to let it toggle between expand and collapse. Currently it expands, but clicking it again doesn't collapse the list of images. You have to move your mouse over to the left on any of the words that form a link to expand/collapse the list of 9 gallery items.smiley

If I shop from my phone, will you still get your affiliate commission, even if I only click your email links from my computer? (Is your affiliate link associated with my account, independent of browser, or only stored in the browser I used to click the email link?) Inquiring minds want to be sure you get your share.

That's a great question... CJ (the company doing Daz's affiliate program) says that in some cases they can connect the same person to different devices, and indeed the stats sometimes show that a transaction was started from a different machine than what it was finished on. However, with all the new privacy laws, and browsers working against all tracking solutions, it's probably best if you click the link from the phone as well.

OK, follow on question: Is the affiliate status set up when I add something to my cart or when I check out? What if I add to my cart from one device, but check out later on a different device?

    When you check out.

OK, one last question: I don't have to click your link right before checkout, right? I think I remember that it lasts for 30 days or something like that.

I think it started from 30 days, but now it's just 12 days.

Oh, good to know. I try to click through your email every day, but I had not been paying any attention to what device I used to read and click that email.  Now I know I have to do that on whayever device I am going to check out on. So, even if I've already read the email on one device, I need to do it again on other devices.

That's the best, thank you! Nowadays it's getting kind of hard to follow who's doing what, some browsers even behave differently than others when it comes to cookies.

I keep thinking of more questions. You mentioned "tracking". If I have Chrome option "Send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic", does that interfere with your affiliate commission?

That refers to tracking that you may not even be aware of, in general. Affiliate tracking is something you specifically and knowingly agree to when you first click the affiliate link, so it's not a hidden, unknown, evil thing. You should be safe with that Chrome option.

Thanks for fielding all my questions, Ati.

Sorry if asked before, but is it possible to make an option to move "Wishlist to Cart"?  The price in the cart is sometimes better than the wishlist, especially with a new item in the cart, and this would quickly let me see if there is a deal in my wishlist I may be missing.  (or another way to accomplish the same?)  Thanks, love this add-on!

The trouble is that after 15-20 items, adding stuff to the cart becomes extremely slow. Removing an item is even slower, so even if we add them one by one, always removing, and just checking for the price, it would take an extremely long time.

OK, no problem.  I never have more than 15 items in my wishlist, but others may have.  I can just manually throw them in there, and hit clear cart after I check them.  I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing it.

I have that plus a thousand one.  Is there a way to show already owned items to remove from the wish list?

Looks like we still need to add that filter to that list! Great suggestion. I apparently have five items in my wishlist which I now own, so seeing just those would make removing them faster. Genius! ^_^

How do you guys end up with owned items in your wishlist? When you buy, they get removed from the wishlist (or, at least they should). Do you wishlist them again after buying?

I did once have an owned item, that I had bought from the wishlist, stay after purchase. Presumably some kind of glitch.

I do not remember.  Maybe they are not always removed.
