A woman can weigh anywhere from 80lbs (36kg) to 400lbs (181kg) and still have a thigh gap.

Fire and lightning can only be seen from certain angles.

    The earth is flat.

Doing your hair, there is a chance it will explode.

In this universe, the Flat Earth is a reality.

I'm going to need this forum to start updating in realtime so I don't post things that were already said because it takes forever for me to type anything.

Women are often taller than the men.

  • People have large heads in dazlandia. If you saw someone with a head like that on a tiny little neck you'd have to be on a lower gravity planet.

I've felt like almost all of the heads were too wide. Then I found a "head width" morph and it made everything better.

People are covered in tattoos or ridiculous brash makeup or face paint.

People are capable of surviving in the vacuum of space. There is no gravity. No stars. Only them. Floating in in the infinite darkness. Alone. Lit only by a single light

Everybody is stunningly beautiful, as they walk down the gazillions of hallways.

  • Funny thread... Also...

In Dazlandia showing as much skin as possible is compulsary unless it's a child's shoulders and if a nipple escapes it's the end of the world !

On the other hand genocide is fine...

Mike and Vicky seem to prefer quite dystopian neighbourhoods to settle down.

In DAZ land there's the really really rich, the really really poor, and little inbetween.

The really beautiful and the quite hideous, and little inbetween.

Things are either shiny brand new or completely worn down and wrecked.

No place for middle class Joe Averages here....

Most clothes are put on or off by magic, without the need for working zippers, buttons or velcro strips. On the other hand, just opening a jacket usually is no option.

Many items that can be found in rooms are either glued in spot on counters or shelves and/or can't be used for there original purpose, due to them having no moving parts whatsoever.

Dforce (and other) Men's clothes materialise fully formed and have no seams that show where they are stitched together, no belt hoops, no zips, no pockets, and are paper thin. Not in the mesh (preferred) or on the textures. And they should never look to have realistic collars on shirts or lapels on jackets, which, as Maidecker says, rarely have an open morph. But women have every option to open and take off their clothes down to their 100 bikini's.

People stumble across "lost" ruins at almost every turn often wearing less than practical clothing for such an expedition.
  • Everyone including tiny little anime characters can hold and fight with giant machine guns and swords
  • I solved most of these problems years ago by setting my renders in a fantasy universe where the law of gravity only applies when it is convenient and anyone who mentions the first law of thermodynamics is immediately incinerated by the nearest dragon.

The most dangerous occupation in my universe is Huge Evil Monster. Any HEM who dares to go anywhere near anyone human is likely to meet one of the sisterhood of the Future Mages before long, an encounter they are highly unlikely to live to regret.

    Cheers,

    Alex.

No one has kids, and if they do, they are kinda scary looking

That's completely understandable, as the right to getting the tools necessary for making them, has been reserved only for the wealthiest of the community, which tend to be way past 60 and at that age the quality of life giving liquid is not necessarily what it was when the owner of the wiener was the same age as the one receiving the said liquid is.

  • "An unusually large percentage of the population live in Loft apartments, while others live in houses and apartments without doors, and even more live in rooms that are missing at least one wall."

I actually laughed at most of these including this one but ngl I want more rooms with a missing wall so I can get setup studio lighting better. So many indoor environments have lighting that's too flat and you aren't going to see the other wall anyway

    Ha ha too good

    I'll add mine:

Streets are always somehow empty except for one or a few people

Hair and clothing styles virtually only exist from 1990 and into the future. Skies are pixelated at 4K or higher renders, and complete with dust specks. Daz characters do not live past 60 years of age as there are no elderly figures. Daz characters have perfect eyesight, there are no good options for eyeglasses, especially vintage styles. Clothing textures are poorly executed Photoshop jobs, no one ever thinks to photograph actual denim and other fabrics to create real textures. Hair can't be adjusted to accomodate hats. Vehicles display PA or product names, as if that's what we want to show up in our renders.

  • Daz  guys wear tights, pants with no fly and slip on shoes. If they get socks and underwear they are the same ones they've had for years. Lately daz guys have to dforce their clothing so it doesn't balloon up and even that takes time and doesn't work so well.

While Vicky may get hundreds of outfits, daz guys sole occupation is barbarian, monster, dad or pseudo Roman/greek fighter.  If DAZ guys are in pose sets with Vickie it is usually a romantic clinch pose or a fighter pose.

if daz men smile it is usually scary looking or vaguely constipated.
if daz guys have an anatomical elements it is because they are using genesis 3 males. If they get hair it is usually a woman's hair product.

As long as the old ones do not have any holes for the appendages to poke through and they feel comfortable, what's wrong with using them?

Nothing specifically wrong, however many older products are used repeatedly by everyone and also don't have as much realism as some of the newer items do. I personally like variety.
