    This issue (being able to check out with Gift Certificates) has been reported so you know. That said, you can work around as Charlie has suggested (thanks Charlie heart)

  • Nothing on the extend sale page is on sale. I came to the site yesterday but just missed checking out when the site went to maintenance. Now it seems like it's very, very broken. I've tried logging in and out. Can we get extended sale to work after the update is complete? Right now it's just not worth trying item after item that's not on sale.

    everything I ordered from 10/31/2020 is missing from Daz connect and Daz. This is $400 plus worth of items. In daz connect they show "uninstall" but do not show up in daz when they did after purchase before the store went down. Different cards were used as some of this was a gift. I've put in a couple of tickets. I can't manually install them either. Most items are not showing up with a download link. I know it was reported, just adding to this.eveything before and after this date seems to be ok, but not confirmed yet. See attached.

    Connect also has a missing root element in it.

    Managed to complete an order with a bunch of PFAD stuff and they're actually showing up in DIM...now if only the discounts on everything would show up consistently and teh coupons would work...

    Not sure if this has already been reported, and it is a minor issue (rather have the PC pricing stuff fixed first), but on all of the order details (for both new orders in the new store and orders from the old store) the SKU number is missing for every item purchased.  It has the column, but it is blank for all the items and on all the orders I've checked.

    I still am still not PC+ but did at least manage to buy 2 PC+ for the dayyes

    only 6 days left so not putting in a ticket as the risk of autorenew was far greater than the disapointment of likely missing out on this week's freebie if it arrives cheeky

    so still don't regret clicking that cancel that disabled it

  • Thanks, Daz for working so hard.  My PC membership looks ship-shape now.  I did all my shopping for this sale before the change so I will wait for some new stuff in the store.

    DIM does not show items that purchased today (9 Today's PC+ Items).

    Is this also known problem?

    And still show nothing I purchased but not installed before site update.

    (Nothing shows in "Ready to Download" tab.)

    Orders made with the new store show the undiscounted price for the Order Total on the Orders page, but the older ones still show the amount actually charged.

    Curious, several have stated their PC membership is fixed.  Is that, no longer a status of cancelled and all PC+ perks are working, or just the status change?  My membership status is back and the PFAD show as 1.99 but none of the actual PC+ products have the discounted prices.  Also, when on my  Product Library page, nearly all "View Product Store Page" links yield a 404 oops.  An example: the greewood vol 2 ash trees.  

    I don't recall if the option to "Only Shown Owned" was from the store or the Ati Add-on, but if it was the store, I would really like to see its return as a feature.

    Ok, so I got brave and tried to purchase again.  Success!  In case it helps, here's what happened:

    I had to delete all my saved credit cards, they wouldn't work.

    Put PC for a Day stuff in my cart, they were the right price, entered new credit card,

    Sale went through, I have no idea if sales tax was right or not, I'm not quibbling over a few cents.

    In my orders, it says it charged me $78.85 (!), but when I click on it it shows $4.77 (that's better).

    Orders properly went to my Product Library and my DIM.

    Downloaded successfully, and I tried them out and they all work!  YAY!!!

    (Now if we could just get Sickleyield back in the PC for a Day, everything will be good on my end!)

    EDIT: Whoops, just realized that regular PC items are not getting PC prices, so not perfect yet, but getting there!

    Great work, guys, I know this has been aweful, and I'm sorry for my panic last night.  Hopefully we can get on with business soon!

    Could we get a running list of issues, to cut down on re-reports? Maybe edit the OP of this thread.

    BTW: was able to purchase a bunch of PFAD items, but sadly DIM can't find anything to download on my Mac workstation, but on my Windows workstation DIM is finding the new purchases fine. Both are version 1.4.0.67.

    Relevant log from DIM on my Mac workstation:

    .Since others had reported purchasing and downloading without any issues I thought I'd try it on a single PC+ for a day item to test the waters. The order went through and it shows as purchased but DIM can't find it (DIM is actually not showing any of the products that I have yet to download as well as not showing the any of the updates to various products and Daz Studio that I had yet to download - there should be several things listed there for me to download but the page is completely blank).

    I then tried to manually download the purchase but I keep getting a "Failed - Network error".

     

    Edit: After several tries, I was able to get it manually downloaded. I added the ZIPs to the DIM's Installation folder and let DIM install them.

    It sounds like your DIM is doing the same thing the DIM on my Mac workstation is doing. Under Settings > Show Log, do you see anything about "Invalid Json" in the last lines of the log?

    Have the same issue, even though my PC+ status is back to normal.. All of the PC+ items I have sitting in my wishlist are at Non PC+ prices.. And the PC+ for a day items in the current sale are not showing the discount either, seems that there are still gremlins in the system..

    Yes, the last three lines say this:

    I just started building up a massive cart of 264 items of Platinum For A Day and they all just went full price before I could start going in and trimming it down (unless DAZ wants to give a nice 50% coupon, we're gearing up for a number of series and projects at Babs Do Productions!) so I don't know what to do but wait until it's fixed. It's definitely early for sale changes, it's 9:14PM PST and sales usually don't switch until somewhere after 11:30PM.

    Yeah but at the same time I'm VERY UNHAPPY to see that they elected to nuke the SKU and Order Number information in exchange for adding that back.

    Probably just temporary, there's no reason for leaving out these data so will probably be updated when they got the more important stuff fixed.

    Product links from the Order page open up the Product Library page, but are trying to access (yada, yada)/customer/files#prod_################## (I've seen up to 18 digits) instead of the usual 5 digits (or less if you get some really old stuff SKU <10K). Still no SKU's showing.

    The Product Library "sort by purchase date" has intermingled my last several orders (going back at least a week), with items from one overlapping the items in the previous and the following orders. Impossible to stay organized without the date or order number on the Product Library page

  • Well I'm seeing PC+ items at full price as of a second ago. It was "discounted" on those items but at a higher than normal price. FIX THIS NONSENSE!!!! I understand this is a technical issue with the site or whatever but c'mon people!!!!! You're driving me batty!

    Sorting filters do not work on searching the store or on my wishlist when trying to filter out Daz Originals.

    Wish these issues could have been all tested out on a Development server before pushing to Production. Seems like there is a lot of real-time live development going on with these updates. So many features down including the galleries. 

    Getting real though...Thankfully it's hobby for me and my liveliehood doesn't depend on it all working...

    I also hope that the promotion PC will be extended until the ps discounts are restored. And the gift card payment window will be restored. Now it is not.
