My PC+ membership is back working again, though the automatic discounts don't always show up in the catalogue pages.
Still seeing full price on PC+ items here. I logged out cleared my cache and refreshed my browser with no avail
the pc+ for the day is working for me right now, but otherwise everything's full price. Any word if the catch-up sale will be extended again?
Also, I've been hearing rumors of Daz providing customers with a gift as a thank you for putting up with all this insanity. It'd certainly be a classy move on daz's part, but does anyone know if that's a possibility or just wishful thinking?
@elenazontik, You can convert you Gift Card to store credit, (which I find a lot easier.)
Go to this page, and paste your GC code in the box, then click on the Redeem Gift Card button. If all goes well, you won't see any messages. After redeeming the code, click on the Store Credit link in the row of icons and you will see your credit has now increased by the amount of your GC.
Gift Cards will expire after one year, but Store Credit never expires. Another perk to using Store Credit.

I don't know if this kind of error has been reported, but I ordered a gift card 10 hours ago and it still hasn't appeared in my mailbox. Is there a way to check its status?

Tried to check out the PC Weekly Freebie Bundle. It shows free in the cart. But the store wants a payment method (I choose PayPal) and then can't process the order...
Put some PFAD items in cart, prices OK ($1.99), checked out, stored CC worked fine without updating anything, email receipt looks fine, items for that purchase are showing up in product library, correct amount charged from bank account. So basically checkout seems to be working as usual now, at least for me.
I also thought for the longest time that DS needed to be online to update metadata that was installed through DIM, but DIM will get the metadata updates too. I ran into a metadata update issue by using both methods, and was told by a reliable source to not use both. So I only use DIM to manage product installations/updates.
PC+ items are STILL not showing PC+ pricing. The entirety of Category 9 is full price (which means any discount comes off of the price we literally pay to NOT have to pay), today's debut PC+ items are full price...
Into the third day, during the PC+ sale because that's when they decided this chaos should happen, of PC+ members not receiving the benefits we pay you real money for, Daz.

Was supposed to have a new product out today but happy for it to be delayed until the store is working as intended. (and the forum - still only seeing one PA sub-forum and no PC+ forum - relatedly, the bookmarked thread I had from the PA forum is not showing up - 'no discussions found' - though it's showing as 1 bookmarked thread in the forum menu.
Still - at least the main forum is up so I can keep tabs on what's happening.

Edit: Related - my store is showing me 11 products including one swirly (when I uncheck 'hide items I own') - but I've only had 10 released (including DO's) - is anyone else seeing all 11?
the new weekly PC+ freebies aren't free in the cart... nearly but not quite
I also see 11 including the last one as a swirly.
'Bought' a random permanent freebie, this time I could check out the normal way, without being asked for payment method. But now the current PC freebies are no longer free.... (Also, PFAD no longer works for me, also not after checking out, clearinf the history and logging back in...)
Summary: Before the store switch, some things were wonky. Since the store switch, everything is wonky.... Curious to see the store return to normal. Hoping for somewhere next week, not having my hopes up high for the remainder of the PC Anniversary sale....

Hey, can you check to see if the links in the email for the order confirmation work? I reported that yesterday morning. When you click on each product, do you get an error message? I can't remember if it used to go to the Product Library or the product page, I think it was the Library.

...prices are weird again. Getting charged for freebie items, a 4.99$ PC+ item shows as 5.93$ (which should be discounted as I have a Debut New release) and a PC+ for a Day item is showing 14.16$ in the cart instead of1.99$. As it's just shortly after prices changed no doubt things haven't settled yet so off to sleep and will check my cart in the morning.
The Save On Several coupon does work though.

the store promised to extend the promotion at 1.99 (for November 1), but on November 2, it did not manage to buy products for (November 1). :(
Today the promotional item was changed; (which also does not turn into 1.99. Can the store return sets of items for( November 1) ?
If folks are having issues with not seeing the correct prices, such as PC+ for a day and so on.. Clear you browsers cookie and site data and you should be good.. Clearing mine in Firefox all the PC+ items have gone back to how they should be, and PC+ for a day has returned to normal for me..
Forgot to add that I did clear my browsers history as well..

I'm not sure what else I can report, but these are each individual problems that make it hard to use the site, hard to buy items, and hard to use the items I've bought.
I remember the (circa 2012) changeover to the new Magento store, which was very rough. I remember the changeover to the new static JSON slabs, which was also rough for a while. This too shall pass, and things get better. I remember (second-hand, although I did access a publicly available test DAZ instance once) how those were tested, and they functioned well in the test environments, but when the full volume of production was brought to bear, they had issues that were not something that can be replicated in a test environment. These issues are not as serious as the caching issues that Varnish caused, where other people's usernames and little bits of information would show on the pages. They are maybe on the same level as the entire front page not being able to load slabs for the products...
I know the folks working on it are frustrated that it didn't work as well as it probably did in testing. I know we are also, but it'll get better.
Today, it behooves us to believe things will get better.

When I bought something, IT DOES NOT SHOW UP AS OWNED AND STAYS ON THE GALLERY PAGE!!!!!!!!!!
I cleared cache, did a hard refresh and that meeting room I just bought is still on the gallery page and the product page does NOT show owned! That is important to note as we have two codes to use in today's sale, on the same gallery pages. So you have to remember what you bought!!!!!
