Seriously, until your store works again for the majority of your clients, you should stop new sales, as this is really a punch in the face of those people.
A lot of us were unable to buy anything yesterday, either because the buying of gift cards did not work or discounts were not applied correctly or at all.
Today, you present us with a new sale, where at least for me and I guess for many others, too, the discount for being a Platinum Club member does not apply.
While my account now shows me as a Platinum Club member, your beautiful new site still considers me a common user.
I really think it is not nice or fair to continue as IF your store is working.
The issue with closing the store, or suspending sales is that Daz then will have no idea what the real problems are. These only come up with real-world usage under regular, user-generated "pressure."
Well said
I cleared my cache now for the umpteenth time since yesterday - now at least I see the correct prices for PC.
Still, the whole sale of yesterday (including the gift card I severely needed) is lost to me.
So, I will refrain myself from buying for some months — at least in my usual scale.
Addendum:
It only shows my the correct price "outside" of my cart:
Even if I'm not going to buy it myself; the PC Anniversary Bundle 9 is now showing the correct price ($9.99) in my cart
Greetings,
I'm fairly sure that the site is still open because if they close it, they no longer know what the problems are.
Let them work on fixing it. It takes time, and it takes the store being up while they do it. If you feel the store should be down, take a break from it for a little while, and it'll be like it was down. :-) (Hey, one has to take it with a bit of humor. It's a very 2020 thing, right?)
Shutting the site down is not the right answer. Patience, despite our frustration, is the right answer.
What you probably want, instead of the store shutting down, is an assurance that the deals you're seeing 'go past' will be available again some time, once the issues are fixed. I certainly couldn't make that assurance, but historically they've been very good about taking care of folks when their site has extended troubles. Have patience and empathy; it'll work out.

I think this is a new one: The wishlist isn't removing purchased items. It lists them as purchased just like in the store, and hides them as long as the "Hide items I own" box is checked. But they're still in my wishlist.
@CyberFox and @ATI: I am not suggesting they should close the store. I suggested they should stop adding new daily sales until they fix their store.
PC+ for a day items' prices show up wrong, hope it is just CloudFlare caching issue at this point, if other peeps are seeing correct prices. At least I am not in a hurry to download, sigh.
Thanks - but I think my sig is just missing the Daz Originals (I'll leave those up to Daz to advertise ;) ). They show up under my name (alongside 'Daz Originals') in the store as the creator, but Daz bought them outright so they're being sold by Daz
Logged out, cleared cache, logged back in and I am delighted to note that PC+ for day either cleared in CF cache or my tablet managed it. Either way, still not in a hurry with downloads
Being without workspace and desktop blows.
Edited to add: prices were correct in cart. Now it is being random about 1.99 prices there.
Edit edit: finally correct in cart, yoinked so hard.
Greetings,
This is just not true. I have gotten Sales Support to refund as store credit price differences, and I have bought MANY things at significant erroneous discounts, and have never, ever, EVER had an item removed from my library because of it.
DAZ's customer support is the best in the business, and one of the major reasons I shop here vastly more than anywhere else.

Looks like the pro bundles are back to regular price :D
Exactly. Daz does NOT do that.
@cypherFOX did you ever get your ready to download DIM column populated? Mine is still void. Jakiblue doesn't have hers either, so seems we're all in that "subset" of Dimmers. (LOL with the lights out!)
I bought a Gift Card:Order placed on Mon, 02 Nov 2020 07:36:52 UTC.
Couldn't Log in into Help Center but submit a request: Thank You For Contacting Daz 3D Sales Support - DAZ3D Help Center - 02.11.2020 15:54
Still no mail with Code to redeem.
I'm thinking about whether I shouldn't simply prescribe a DAZ-Shop time-out for this month.
Since there's always some kind of sale going on, it only makes the difference that I don't spoil my day with what's going on here and instead use the stuff I already have ;)
While I do agree, the amount of very basic issues suggest that only minimal testing has been commenced beforehand, and that we are basically (ab)used as guinea pigs. I DO work in software development and testing business, and if we would deliver a system with that many issues, my employer would be bust already. I recognize that DAZ is way smaller than the companies I usually work for, but some of the issues we see could have been avoided with a proper test strategy.
It's not that it doesn't work well. It's not that the prices are wrong. The problem is, there is no warning anywhere to be careful.
Although, I do enjoy that a naked figure made it into the store when no one was watching. :-)
Yep!!!
I´m really frustrated things happen with the update of your website for the last two days. But maybe I must say thank You cause there was not one day I not purchased one product at all. Now I will change, not look on Your website for long time.
Okay, sorry if this has been mentioned. I can't memorize all the problems.
In Order history, the orders PRIOR to the changeover showed what was paid on the orders page. You know, where they are all listed and then you click to open the details. Now, on the NEW orders since the changeover, those have the total of the full price of the items on that main orders page. I almost blew a gasket when I saw a $50+ order and when I clicked on it, it was $5 and change. It went through Paypal correctly, the email confirmation was correct, I paid the $5 amount. The orders prior to the changeover are still shown in the old format, aka what was PAID.
We really need the Order History to reflect the amount PAID, like previous orders, on the summary page which lists the date, the order number, and the link to click to view the order details
The same happens with the PFAD items in my cart. PLUS: BYOB 9 doesn't show the correct bundle price, but $ 1.99 for each item.
Just when I was gonna make a purchase PC+ jumped back up to full price. Maybe I'm overreacting but I think that's a jerk move Daz!
Given that the banner on the front page has gone and all prices have reverted to full price I'm guessing a 'start again' approach might be in effect.
