Yes, but it only shows the amount that was drawn and that is correct I think, but I would prefer to doubble check it in the email, and my store credit used to show the amount before every purchase, then the drawn amount and then the balance, now it only shows the amount drawn and the balance. I need the balance before it was drawn also to make sure it adds up.
Good to hear! I think I will try to run DIM now. I was just nervous about it because it wants to update itself when I run it, and I am now nervous about anything updating. LOL
DIM was working (after the update), now I'm getting some DL failures.
At least I got some stuff to download...

As I understand it, it is not really an update. The appearance of needing to update was triggered by the store update. I clicked the button to update DIM and basically nothing seemed to happen . DIM closed itself. I reopened it and it was the same version.
Don't think it's related to the store update, I've had this happen a few times with earlier versions of DIM in the old store. It seems to update, but the version (or at least the version number) remains the same. It hasn't happened to me after the store update either despite having run and shut down DIM several times.
My DIM cannot log into my account, so it won't show any new purchases. If you see something like this near the bottom of that file...
Then you are having the same problem I am ... IM can't login, Daz Studio can't login ... If I want to install purchases right now I have to download the zip file and copy things into place manually -- which will screw up the IM database no doubt.
Edit: my DIM says it is version 1.4.0.67 --- that's the version everyone else is running? (esp. those who say DIM is working for them).
I am a software developer and I have to disagree with you there. It's understandable that some bugs are always going to get through to production but not anything like this. Most of these things are items that would have been discovered if they had transferred the database and done thorough testing on a development server. This feels very rushed to me. I know they've been talking about this new store software for some time but I feel that recent events made them push out the upgrade sooner then they should have.

I am reading that people are having trouble with DIM not being able to log in.
So I guess I am still going to wait for a bit until the issues are worked out.
It seems like they are making really good progress on fixing the bugs in this rollout. I'm sure it's busier than Santa's Workshop at DAZ Headquarters right now. LOL
That is the version I have installed. I am able to login with DIM and I am downloading one of the purchases I made before the store change.
If you download manually and put the zip in DIM's download folder, you can run DIM in offline mode and install them.

yea they should have done more testing its insane this here and was trying to buiy stuff that was 65% off and they did not even extend the sale and support was useless in that regard,

Launch DIM, Click the little gear icon in the upper right corner, go to "Advanced Settings", then go to the Downloads Tab, see where it says "Package Archive:" - that should be the folder. You can click on the little "..." at the end to navigate to the folder.
Settings (the gear icon in the upper right corner) > Basic Settings > Package Archive
Could have sworn I've tried that in the past and it didn't work. But it works now ... so that's a path forward at least until the get they login issue dealt with ... esp. to get updates to products.
And just got a boilerplate response on my ticket listing some of the various problems they're working on ... some resolved some not. Did 40 years of software development ... Does anybody has the similiar PC+ issue as mine?
I have read on Blog site that "PC+ Membership accounts are back up and working properly", but I have proved it is not true. This weird technical maintenance made that I lost access to Platinum Club. I used "weird" word, because I can't see any improvements on store. When I read "new" I was expecting something new, fresh and different (in design appearance).
After my request Daz Support hestitate to give me proper response. There is almost no help from their side and long delays with further answers. They have a hard time fixing the mistake since - In my opinion - they don't read my messages (if they do, they focus on the first few sentences). Due to their mistake, I missed a lot of interesting deals. I had a similar situation last month.
I will quote some more words:
"(...) due to our downtime, we will be continuing today’s sale tomorrow, so that all customers get an opportunity to get the deals that they may have missed today."
- Well, not all of them. The best compensation for lost nerves and lost time would be to give a purple banner (with all "PC + items for a day", "Spotlight" items, etc. from past days, even from extended sale) for those who lost access to the Platinum Club through the store's fault. If not, they could also consider other compensation instead.
PS. My apologise if I put Daz Support in a bad light, but these are the facts.

What barbult said, and you also might need to clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.
Your "roles" is not showing as a PC+ member, so you might need to put in a support ticket.
Yes that is a work-around; but when you have over 100 items to install it is a colossal pain to go to each item inyour product library and manually down load it.

Are you not seeing the "broken graphic" boxes? I don't see them in the store any longer, but they're still all over the forum pages. That at least lets me see where to click. Usually.
on Safari on ipad I don't see much at all, yes I do see the box for the dropdown menu and one for the star, they look the same just one not on the blue band
If you Download something manlaly from the Product Library then install it via DIM, it seems to fix the nothing showing in the Downloads pane issue.
The cell for paying with a gift card still has not appeared
You need to add the store credit to your account.
User feedback update:
I made two new orders from the webshop and i noticed that i didn't get any e-mail receipts.
The orders are however listed in my account. I made screenshots of the orders before ordering, so i wouldn't lose track of the details.
The e-mail receipts are good to have because they show exactly what you pay for each of these items.
My account dosn't show these specific details.
If you need to have these details for safekeeping, be sure to make a screenshot of the Shopping Cart, before proceeding to checkout.
They might be be sent after this update is complete though, but as of now, you will only have your account details of the orders you make.
The prices were correctly applied in the shopping cart, so no problems there. I paid with store credit.
