  • Try the Opera browser. I was able to buy it correctly today. Maybe the store DAZ  will return in the Deals next time the PC promotion (FOR 1-2 NOVEMBER?). I like and many other PC members were unable to buy selected items these days.(1-2 NOVEMBER?)

    User feedback update:

    I made two new orders from the webshop and i noticed that i didn't get any e-mail receipts. 
    The orders are however listed in my account. I made screenshots of the orders before ordering, so i wouldn't lose track of the details.
    The e-mail receipts are good to have because they show exactly what you pay for each of these items.
    My account dosn't show these specific details.

    If you need to have these details for safekeeping, be sure to make a screenshot of the Shopping Cart, before proceeding to checkout.

    They might be be sent after this update is complete though, but as of now, you will only have your account details of the orders you make.

    The prices were correctly applied in the shopping cart, so no problems there. I paid with store credit.

     

    Workaround for the moment:

    Go to your Order page

    https://www.daz3d.com/sales/order/history/

    Click on "View order" to the right

    under

    Order #1111111111 - Unknown

    About This Order:

    there is a button "Print order"

    click that and you get a page with the amount paid for each item.

    Save that page.

     

    I hope this helps until the email hiccup is solved.

    I am a tester with some decades experiance (So I do have an idea how much testing is required) and this is more than just a bug or two, the site is busted.

    The simplist things of this release of the Daz3d site are not functioning at the time I first posted regarding these issues:

    -Discounts (stuffed)

    -Filtering of any kind (Artist, Genre, Figure or Software)

    -Platinum Club (coupons, membership status)

    -DIM (too many issues to list)

    I didnt bother checking after that as like I said Da3d are not a charity, they can test it themselves.

    All of the above points would have taken a few minutes to check, many at just a casual glance would have been obvious even to any layman.

    Mistakes do happen (I've done my share) but this isnt a mistake, stuff was changed and then just dumped onto the live site as is without any checks or they have a weird idea as to what classes as functional.

    If these simple things cant be professionly done why should I trust them with my credit card details?

    Why is there no longer a manual fillout form for cards? Daz's well-established level of website incompetence means I have to delete my info after every purchase when I'd rather just input my info before every purchase.

  • Probably already mentioned somewhere, but now I can't add items to my Wish List. I get an error saying I have to log in, althought I am already logged in.

    Have you tried a different browser? just in case that's part of the issue.

    Try refreshing the page a few times, that usually solves it for me.

    Are credit card payments broken for anyone else?

    I had totally forgot about that. Been relying on my e-mail receipts.

    It dosn't show the grand total though, but that's no problem since the GT is shown under the individual orders, in the main order list, in the account.

    I think maybe that's why i started backing up the e-mail receipts instead, because they show everything in one place.

    If i pay with store credit, the GT will not show in the "print order" tab, only payments with my credit card and probably paypal also.

    I dont know, since i've only done my payments with my credit card and store credit.

    Unfortunately, i missed out on the 30% off gift card, and if credit cards dont work, i'm dead in the water

    when it concerns funds to buy anything else. Unless of course, paypal.

    Then again, perhaps i should leave my bank account rest.

    It's been "chronically broke" every since april, after march madness 2020,  that how much i have spent in here..

    And now that items are so much cheaper.. typical my luck.

    Oh well, i got some of the great deals atleast.

    I think i'll grab the free cowbell and play it like Will Ferrell does :)

    there are stores that work all over the internet. Why wasn't something that works instituted by DAZ?

    Yes! And I put in a ticket describing the issue of not being able to use my perfectly good card ( that I have used here for years) was answered by Daz saying that prices not shown in cart is a known issue. 

    That's why I 'm hoping these kind folks will report so we might get this issue worked on.

    When I go to payment, it makes me fill out a form with all my info- that 've never had to fill out before, and asks for a nickname. then once filled out, as soon as I hit submit, the screen reverts to ' no profile saved yet'. 

    Do I need to make another account? If so, will I be able to merge them later? Is it intentional that we are now forced to use Paypal, or a bug to wait out? Is being forced to let Daz save our card info a bug?

    Yes, but it only shows the amount that was drawn and that is correct  I think, but I would prefer to doubble check it in the email, and my store credit used to show the amount before every purchase, then the drawn amount and then the balance, now it only shows the amount drawn and the balance. I need the balance before it was drawn also to make sure it adds up. 

    I still  haven't recieved a confirmation email and no reply to my ticket. I'm not a happy costomer right now sad. I wrote about it in the sales thread but I thought I write here as well. Don't know if it makes any differense to complain here or in the other thread but I need to do everything I can as I am not happy about this, all stores sends a reciept surely? sad this is serious to me. I'm scared to make todays order. Can't Daz make a statement that the current pc+ for a day stuff will remain until this is fixed?? So I can wait with my order? It's the wery least they can do.

If you are using a mail client (such as Thunderbird) have you gone to the mail website or your provider and checked the spam folder there, assuming there is one?

    I get the emails now for my orders, but some people are saying they do not get the email receipts.

    There must be something causing this issue.

    I have not been getting purchase emails since the switchover either Richard. Just checked gmail on the web and nothing in the spam folder nor anything extra anywhere from DAZ, other than what I see in Thunderbird.

    I haven't raised a ticket yet, but can if you think it's not a more general problem. I know I got the emails prior to the store swap.

    So this morning i cannot add anything to my cart and the DAZ Shop says:

    Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect.

    I hope this is fixed soon because I need more Cowbell!

    I'm sure they sent it, but that doesn't make a difference obviously as I don't get it. I have checked my mail client, spam and oridinary folder, nothing there. And I get the newsletter from Daz, my bookmarked/subsribtion of the new sales thread, those emails arrive perfectly, I get every single reply in that thread, so my email adress must be registred correctly. And my request remains which haven't been answered, besides that I demand an conf. email and a correct store credit with the amount before purchase also: can't Daz make a statement that the pc+ for a day stuff will remain the same until this store issues is resolved. So I can safely wait with my large order until this is resolved? why on earth is this hard to do?

    However, just now I refreshed the page again and I'm back in action. :)

  • Bought a gift card two days ago but did not get the code to redeem it, submitted a ticket but have not gotten a reply from Daz in the last two days.
