I'm surprised the people who HAVE the Wertz morphs haven't contacted him to get permission to make them available again, given their popularity.
You're assuming we know how to contact him.

There was a reason why they were removed.

    He up and left,

Based on Legal research and talking with a few friends (I'm retired from the US_Navy JAG and made a number of contacts in the civilian sector before retiring) I've done what I can to follow up and fulfill the legal obligations and thusly made his Picard morph available in the TNG pack with permission from other artists/.

If you are to do such a pack your self, CYA! And keep your paper work handy if and when Wertz does come back and makes requests for it's removal.

DO NOT CONSIDER TO MAKE HIS MORPHS AVAILABLE FOR PROFIT OR CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN.

He made them free, and if or when he comes back he may be in legal rights to recoup royalties.

Not wanting to cause issues with this but I have heard that reason every time Wertz stuff is brought up but no one says what the reason is. Can you give a little more information on the reason or is this one of those things that is taboo to mention?

Marieah did make a few of them available in an accepted format (injection morphs), with Werts' permission. http://www.sharecg.com/v/41628/gallery/11/Poser/werts-Movie-Stars But not the ones you are looking for.

Okay. There's no link in the list. I don't think he ever released them. I'll send him an e-mail.

Klingon drinking vessels are now on the list :-)

And here is a TOS Sash for M3 for those that wanted one. It was created in D/S4.6 and not tested in anything else. Technically it should work in D/S3+ and Poser 7+ but reality at times has nothing to do with technically.

This is my Fanart Folder link as the content varies from time to time. Right now there are 2 sashes in it.

Is the other sash the NG sash you were working on or is that one still "In the shop"? :-)

The other sash is the same as the one at sharecg.com atm. Chain sash for D/S.

Will likely load it in Poser tomorrow and see what happens. There was no way I could also weave a cloth through the chains, so it'll be a chain link only too.

    :-)

The Chain Sashes for M3 and M4 are uploaded to my DA folder.

All 3 legacy sashes work in PoserPro2012.

All 3 [M3, M4, Genesis] chain sashes share the same materials so mats made for one, will work on all.

No additional morphs and no textures provided. Everything is uvmapped.

The reason why I left the chain sashes to have so many mat zones is so one can rearrange or hide them. Morphing this sash is not very doable. With the .cr2 there is of course the geometry which one could load and make into a prop for oneself if so desired in Poser.

"Dock control reports ready. Yard command signaling clear, sir."

"Thrusters ahead, Mister Sulu. Take us out."

Almost a year to the day, and it's finally up and running - Star Trek: Legends. The first nine pages are up, and I plan on posting at least one page every Sunday from here on out. THANK YOU to the many extremely wonderful, generous, and talented people here such as Bluto, Mdbruffy, PDSmith, Mylochka, and many other fantastic people for all their help and guidance. And if I've left anybody out of the credits, PLEASE message me, and that will be corrected immediately with my profuse apologies. Thanks again to all!

    Sigh, growing wishlist lol ....

    .........

okay ... the Poser prop for the chair top for the base is now uploaded too.
I realized while making this that the picture I was working from was at an odd angle so this is really a, um, simplified Klingon bridge chair.
