Netflix's ratings system seems to have a weird blind spot for anime. We're watching Jojo's Bizarre Adventure right now, and the ratings warns of nudity (we've seen three butts, always in non-sexual situations), language (occasional bad words) and smoking (a couple characters smoke). The horrific violence and absurd amounts of gore apparently don't merit warnings.
My entry The Big Day didn't win anything, but I did win the PC weekly contest with Wolfgang Amadeus Centaur.
I saw some weird ratings on anime as well that also tend to omit things that are present, but flag them for things that aren't. :P
I'm pretty sure the same thing happened with Berserk, which is even worse for violence and gore, and also only the third part was flagged for sexual violence, even though it's present in all three.
edit: unrelated complaint about Berserk: the katakana for the title (ベルセルク) drive me crazy, because according to the rules of Japanese pronunciation, it should be pronounced "belselk", with a hard S. A more proper rendering would be バーザーク ("baazaaku").

I'm getting sick and tired of Facebook and their groups. I'm starting to look for alternative social forums. Got writing, daz, and goldfish covered. Now looking for American girl dolls and 18 inch dolls in general.
Complaint: Gagh... What's up with all the nasty skunky pot everyone is smoking now?
It's friggin gross... I started noticing it becoming the default about two or three years ago and now it's smelling more and more like concentrated ass every time I pass through a cloud of that crap... Old timey ganja wasn't great smelling but who the hell wants to smell like they were rolling around with skunks.
I'm guessing it's a trend or it's a special more potent variety, but eff that, man... you smell like that around me and I get to fart as much and as loud as possible and you can't say shnit.
You literally can never again complain about other people's BO, farting or weird food smells... you chose to embrace and inhale skunk.
I'm driving down the road and every other car seems to exuding this stink... I'm in line and I can smell the guy five people ahead of me through my HEPA filter mask like he's crawled up my nostrils... Jesus people, have some dignity and chose some other blend or variety that doesn't smelllike friggin roadkill baking in the sun... it makes me regret supporting legalization.
I just started a new experiment with pot. It's not just dirt. The seeds are just getting ready to sprout. (Hopefully!)

Hmmm..., interesting discussion line. I understand your frustration, but my recent experiences have not encountered any skunkweed. However since the law changed I've noticed the smell of pot more nowdays as I go around town and as we drive past other cars or houses. And personally, any that I've smoked was strong as hell but didn't smell bad. 'Twas just the heady organic aroma I remember. Don't know where the stuff you're smelling comes from but it ain't from here.
Perhaps you're just getting old and your nose mechanism is out of alignment?
Curious: Hmmm.., just as I sat down to the computer, my electricity went out for about 1 second, twice. Then a few minutes later our local fire siren for the town blew. Then, a couple minutes later, just now, the firetrucks went screaming past my house. Somebody or something either got struck by lighting (it's raining pretty hard but I haven't heard any thunder), or somebody drove into a power pole.
But luckily for me the power outages were absorbed by my UPS systems. Computer, monitor, router, TV never noticed it.
Non-complaint: I love it when my UPSs justify their expense.

Not even 6:30 where I live, and I already feel like going to bed xD
I don't think it's me, I still smell regular weed occasionally, it's a lot less common though... if I go into NYC it's everywhere now and the majority of it is the stuff that smells like burnt skunk cabbage... to me the old or more familiar smell is similar to burning ailanthus leaves (that sumac-like weed tree that grows everywhere in urban environments).
I looked into it a bit, and it seems like skunky a popular variety or feature now, but it's hard to piece together what exactly is going on... I'm not the only one who's wondered about this but the questions and answers I've found don't exactly answer what I'm wondering about...
But apparently from what I've pieced together it's seems like the odor is probably a recent marketing thing... some people are selling the skunky smelling stuff as being more potent, but "experts" are saying that's crap, the skunky smell is due to a chemical that doesn't really affect potency.
That would make some sense because weed is now becoming mainstream enough that you are going to see hucksters saying whatever it takes to sell stuff at top dollar...
Vaping was like that up to last year... whenever you went out into public areas, especially in NYC you'd smell all these weird and fruity blends... vaping flavors went through lots of different trends... I can't imagine what would possess someone to vape that horrible "cotton candy" flavor.
Whatever... something new will come along and everyone cool will forget they ever smoke this stuff... maybe the next variety could have a nice oregano smell or something?
I used vaping to help me quit smoking ,tried alot of the different flavors cause I figured if I was trying to stop why use a tobacco flavor ,ended up making my own mixed flavor of apple/raspberry/mint ,and dropped the amount of nicotine in the liquid ,every other month ,until I was vaping with no nicotine at all , it worked really well for me I had smoked a pack and a half for 38 years it took a full year of vaping to hit no nicotine ,and I used the vape as a crutch/pacifier for 2 years but on the plus side I haven't had a cigarette since Dec.2013 . Yeah me !!

...too much of my time is taken up being a "concerned citizen". Can't say much more without step pig across the TOS line. Also the recent heatwave over the last several weeks put the "kibosh" on rendering. Old system with an old GPU, don't want to blow anything out as I cannot afford replacements.
