Boy, sometimes DAZ is way beyond me:
Guess it is the 4th or so day on which I do not own the key item as it was too expensive to me on release. Now some weeks later (and already owning the PF Outfit from that bundle) I shall buy a DAZ original bundle for $60 / 30% off to enable an extra 10%. Sure thing! Off the cart it goes and so do all new releases I still had in mind getting from yesterday.
The Android releases from today are out of my budget and I wonder why they are lacking a bundle option. Sure those are PA releases but we had PA bundles before.
The lack of a new release inactivates all other deals. Only deal which does not rely on a new release is the $8 each on Sci-Fi Wearables. But I leave the value of all those side-deals up to you. Guess the only fixed price deal I would do is a $15 per bundle for those high priced bundle I even skip once > 70% off.
That leaves things to Mad Grab again:
-> 18 items of general interest in cart bringing the price to $2.99 each
-> Removing all items I might hardly use, which went for $1.99 before etc. brings the list down to 4 items
-> All wishlisted for catch-up
OK, time to install and use the stuff I bought yesterday and enjoy the sun.
So I want to buy the new android stuff but it's really expensive with no bundle option for some insane reason (when they so frequently bundle together unrelated items), but I don"t own today"s key item. SO how many days can I wait to see if I have the key item before I lose the best discount? Am I safe to wait until Tuesday?
if anyone can tell me how to best navigate this latest idiotic sales tactics I"d appreciate it. Who chooses to de-incentivize someone who really wants to buy something from buying it that same day? Crazy.
Key items change daily and stuff stays 3 days in Still Mad if I recall right as there is currently
- a hair I like from Saturday there
- another nice hair from Friday there
- and the Steampunk bundle from Thursday
So you should have three more chances for max discount until Wednesday

I've decided that if I have the key item betwen now and the time the discount drops I'll be buying up the android stuff now, otherwise I'll wait until it hits 60%. Seems the only logical way to handle the whole key item thing. Fun to leave it up to the discount fates instead of being in a dilemma myself
There are five items that are on my wislist in today's grab bag. Don't know whether to buy them now or wait for a cachup and hope for a lower price.
It should be the noted that the idea that products from different PAs can"t be bundled together is not some absolute limitation. A simple agreement between all parties would allow for it and benefit everyone. It may just need a little light store programming to implement it.
I could see why the PAs leaving would possibly then cause problems but having something like an android bundle today could have just been a temporary deal like the mega-bundles sometimes are.
Well there are quite often PA bundles like Outoftouch/Raiya or Linday/Mousso. Does probably need some adjustments between those parties but hey those add-ons are for the new Androids, no ;-)
How do you even know what year they were published? In the Readme?
I went to my bank this morning specifically for the catchup sale.. and nope.. disappointed that it did not run through today.. didn't they usually run catchups the entire weekend before?? Maximizing on profit, I guess?? (Gas prices are up here.. and thus everything else goes up.. welcome to inflation
) Wouldn't running the sale longer generate additional profit simply because it drives other purchases...pssst DAZ are you listening.

You don't need to know which year they were published, the store automatically shows those discounts - you can see the prices right there on the sale page. Just pick a PA with a long-time store (e.g. outoftouch) and page down through them.
Most recent products: 40% off, slightly older: 46% off, even older: 52% off, oldest: 58% off.

Yes, you get the release date from the Readme. Follow the link I just posted and look for the SKU range and then the title. On it will have the release date.

...yeah thought the same. Really disappointed as one of the items I had looked to be really useful for developing custom characters. Only hope is that if there' a final ketchup sale where they well reappear.just hope it isn't 4.99$ opr 5.99$

OH - $3.49 is a lot less than $8.00. Seems I must have missed the 3.49. Maybe it will come back in the grand finish ? Let's wait and find out.
...well one of the grab bag items i had in my cart was in the Build Your Fastgrab sale but even at 70% it is about double the grab bag price. Hoping that there is one more Ketchup sale and everything is on sale again.

Maybe all former grab bag items are there for 70%, but to me Build your fastgrab was good to get some items which at least i seldom found on sale like the super natural brows m/f from RedzStudio. That should help to create old looking chars with g2.
Careful use of the 'Build Your Own Fast Grab' code can get you some products below their historic lowest prices.
There are certainly things in there that were not in the grab bag.. There's a coures on content creation which is $200 full price. I doubt they sold that for $3.99.
Maybe it has the grab bag items included plus extra stuff? I wouldn't like to say!
