Awesome! Thank you!
I wouldn't mind seeing more gallery and forum links either. For most products, you probably will only see a few anyways, but for the really popular ones, well it's good to know why they are so popular.
And yeah, I'd be fine with the top 9 or so being displayed by default with a link that says 'see rest of gallery images'.
And while adding additional filters would probably be a lot of work, one that splits up the texture addons from the 'full models' would be nice. Too many sort options might get messy/require a dropdown, but it looks like we have room for a few more at least. Maybe the 'most used' could display with the checkbox, with the additional sort options appearing in a dropdown.
Sometimes when looking for a product group, I have to 'hack/search' my way into a category, when that should just be readily available. Daz already sorts clothes, vehicles, etc, but those sort options sometimes take a bit of clicking to get to. We already have the sort by character dropdown, but some items don't really apply to just one character, like say vehicles, buildings and shaders.
Yes we do have the categories at the top of the 'main' shop page just above the ad banners, but those diappear as soon as you go to any of the sale pages. For the bigger sales, being able to sort out sale items for that particular sale using those categories could be handy. It'd also be nice to have a dropdown list for the various sales going on.
You can sort of do this now when you get out of the 'ad' page and to say the pages of the various content providers. It'll have say sales - May 2015 sales and promos in the menubar area above the ad banners, but once you click on the Sales link, you lose the 'sort optiion' and you just get all of the sale items. So say if the Centaur 7 sale is going on concurrently with the Ophelia sale, with this propposed dropdown could allow you to check the boxes for both of these sales, so that you can see all of the items from both sales, but if you aren't interested in say the 40% off fishing gear sale, you'd just not check that box in the proposed sales dropdown as a sales sort option.
Of course, the browser add on would need a way to find those various sale pages, and that's probably easier said than done. It's a thought anyways!
Another thought.
As far as filtering out the poser stuff, bryce stuff, etc., maybe that could be a dropdown on the product list pages, instead of just under the daz deals options page. This way, for any one sale, if you wanted to see the Daz only stuff, or jus the Bryce stuff, etc. you could just click the box in the dropdown, but for smaller sales with just a few items, you'll be less interested in paring down the list so to speak. Maybe Poser, Bryce, etc. could be added to the Genre options along with Daz Studio products only as another checkbox under Genre?
I'd be happy with just a link under the 9 images that opens the gallery filtered by the product.
Okay, I quickly pushed this change into the repository, hopefully in time before @Overdrawn finalizes the next minor release.

The first part of the link will work as before, only showing the top 9 images. Clicking the "See all" link on the right will expand the list to show to all images related to the product you are viewing.
Use carefully, if on a limited bandwidth! (Images only load when you click on the links.)
I often get the Graph saying something is "x" price, but the item itself says it is a higher price. This is in Firefox. I'll even get the emails saying it is "x" price, but it's not. And this is not FastGrab items I'm speaking of, but regular items. Like today, there were several items that the graph says are .80, but the item says 1.99. If you mouse over the graph, it shows today's date. Is this a Firefox issue?
Suggestion: Is there a way that we could get a selection of 3D models, and Animals, or Tutorials, etc? Things that aren't available to filter by in the main drop down menu?
In most cases it means you missed the low price. The graph shows the lowest price for the day, even if it was only at that price for a few minutes. If you see something unbelievably good in the email, you should not hesitate, head straight to the store! :)
I'm not sure what you mean. Selection where? The things you mention are existing categories.
https://www.daz3d.com/animals
https://www.daz3d.com/tutorials
Etc.
I was doing some last minute shopping last night, and with a refresh, all the Summer Catch Up sale prices disappeared. But thanks to the graph, I was still able to see which items were still at 60¢ and complete my cart. It might be worth a shot to add the item to your cart. If the price did go up, you can always remove it.
ETA: I just checked, and it doesn't work now. However, for future reference, if a sale is still on but it's close to DAZ Midnight, the lower price shown on the graph could be the right price...
Apologies if this has been covered but I seem to remember having an option to display the items I own. I don't see it now. I use Chrome on a PC and on a Macbook.
Versions 2.0.5 and above have that feature. On the options page, make sure "Filter for wishlisted and owned items + "% off" sort filter" is enabled.
Is there any way to show what we PAID for an item we own?
So many times I find an item that I already own and I would love to know what I actually paid for it.
As I understand, the purchases receipt email is the only way to keep track of what you paid for something.
I'm using Google Chrome as a browser by the way.
In a fantasy, maybe there's a line or blip on the graph that shows WHEN we bought it and if I hover the mouse over that point it pops up what the price was at that moment.
And says "Purchase price $3.50"
My version is 2.1.0 and the box is checked for "Filter for wishlisted and owned items + "% off" sort filter".
Try unchecking, and then checking that option again.
The email is pretty much the only way to know how much you paid for the item. If you look up the order in your account, even there you will not find the exact amount per product.
You CAN export the cart as CVS, and save that data into a spreadsheet, but that will only contain data that you actually save, not any info about past purchases.
All that happens if I do that is that it toggles the "Hide Items I Own" check box.
I've tried disabling Ad Block and Avast filters - no effect.
Is this on the main page, or any of the category pages? (The search result page doesn't have it yet.) You should see it on this page, for example: https://www.daz3d.com/shop/
I meant on the shop page, or sale page like you can for the figures, I know it would have to be a separate link, like the PA coupon rather than inline, because that is Daz's menu not yours.:
A category listing already exists natively in the Daz shop:

Yes, I do mean the main page - just as you have linked. I don't see anything other than the image I posted above. Indeed, that is all I see on any page - nowhere do I find the option to display only the products that I own.
Log out of Daz, clear the browser cache, and log back in. Chrome just upgraded itself for me yesterday, so I even tried with the most up-to-date version, and it should work. If you have any other addons besides Ad Block and the Avast filters, please try disabling them, to see if any of those cause the issue.
Sorry - tried all of that, still no joy. Never mind - some of the other features seem to work ok.
This is a great feature, we should get it to work... :) Anyone else having issues with these checkboxes?
I'm seeing Hide Items I Own, Only Show PC, Only Show Wishlist, Only Show Owned on pages as normal.
Would be awesome if we could get a "hide PC" - is that possible at all?
I put a link to exclude PC+ items on the wishlist page, but not on the main pages. It made a lot more sense there, when you want to sort your wishlisted items by discount.
On normal pages you can exclude PC+ items by adding #filter_platClub=0&filtered=1 to the end of the url (unless it's already a filtered list, in which case it would just be &filter_platClub=0 )
But it shouldn't be too hard to add a link or checkbox to the main pages, we'll see what we can do.
Awesome! Thanks Ati. I've made a note of that 'filter' url. It helps a lot in sale categories or when I'm just searching DO's to use up my coupon, so I don't have to see the PC items.
If you're searching for items to use the coupons on, there's an even easier way: you can use the coupon filter links:

Thanks for this great add-on, first of all, even though it has caused me to spend more money.
I get the same thing, and it happens often enough that I can't be missing the low price every time, can I? For instance, I see this on the Carrara Pro 8.5 store page:
The price history graph (short timeframe here) shows the price oscillating between 45-ish and 18-ish even though the headline price is $285. Is it showing me the Platinum price?
oh DUH! lol i completely forgot about them!
If you have not signed up for the notifications, then only the best prices are shown, and those are the PC+ prices. If you signed up, and entered your details in the addon, then our system knows if you are a PC+ member or not. If you are, then the PC+ chart is shown. If you are not, then BOTH charts are shown to let you see how much you could still save. For Carrara, it would look something like this:

Thanks! I assumed I was signed up, since I get notifications via e-mail, including price drops on my wishlist, and the add-on knows what items I own already. In case it makes a difference, I'm using the Daz-Deals add-on in Chrome. Have I missed something?
It looks as if a short-term PC membership would pay for itself if I was serious about getting Carrara.
If you do get those notifications, then you are signed up. I'll send you a PM here to sort this out.
