Going through an old flash drive discovered a few ancient treasures. Since I've had some requests for re-ups, have re-upped a couple of items.
    http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/25640/

All these uploads are in my DA Gallery.

The big ears ... may or not meet mustard but if anybody wants them, there are there atm too.
Again this was made some time back but I don't recall ever releasing it before.

Thanks for the ears!! I added them to the list of freebies!

Latest update: I've started on the restroom. Problem is, between shower doors, Sonic showers and restroom doors, you won't see much time I'm done.

Any TNG era uniforms for Aiko3 and Hiro3?

Once again there is a HUGE list of freebies at the start of every Star Trek thread Castellan, and we remind you of that all the time you ask about clothing for Aiko3 or Hiro3 please look there. If there is nothing listed then chances are it doesn't exist or we don't know about it.

Best of luck, whether you contact Mr. Cooper or Dr. Cooper. [grin]

Well, it migt be sooner than Friday. I haven't heard from anyone since last Wednesday. If I don't hear from someone on Monday- Tuesday at the latest...we'll see.

Actually, it might be worth posting your problem to the link Thalek gave right away; there may be something else Mr. Cooper can suggest in the meantime, or at least get your download reactivated a little quicker to scratch "bad download" off your troubleshooting list. At any rate, it wouldn't hurt to have him aware of your problems sooner rather than later.

    -- Walt Sterdan

Heard from Smith micro. Same old BS. They can't re-create the problem. I asked them if they're using a copy of the program that came through their Download Manager like mine did, or from some nice safe lab folder. They haven't answered.
As for contacting Mr. Cooper, not yet. I told the techs I'd starting looking for other answers on Friday and I'll stand by that.
Someone should play fair in this mess... :-(

And there are huge lists of freebies for Aiko3 and Hiro3 in the Freepozitory. If what you want isn't listed there, then either it doesn't exist or we don't know about it... and considering how many hours I've spent trawling through freebie sites for those two lists, I'd suspect the former.

Goto the forum homepage and click on "Your control panel" On the left side third option down you will see "Edit Avatar" click it.
You will then see "Upload Avatar" in the center section with a "Browse" button, click it and you will be able to load an image from your computer.

One of these would be really useful - to me anyway.
Xcalpro has many of the 3D sets as seen from the Original Series. A little bit of kitbashing with them would get you want--Start with cleaning out the Briefing Room or Captain's Quarters to get the outter walls, throw in the pads and consol from the Transporter, & you'll have the Emergency Transport in just a couple hours' work with Carrara or Hexagon. The Junior Officers' quarters would probably be even less time with some slight mods to the Captain's Quarters.

I could make something like that.
Here are some WIP images. I'll make the walls able to be hidden, and the main doors open and close.

Very nice mass transport system. I'd expect one heck of a computer core to handle all those patterns at once.

So while show and tell is going on.

The next Mirror Mirror graphic novel is going to be interesting from a posing point of view. How to keep the readers interest when the book only has four sets; Bridge, Hallway, War-Room (aka Conference room) and Picard's Ready room.

The sets are easy to set up, but it's the lighting that's a witch. It's 'gonna' make or break a scene. So I'm looking for some feed back PM's to let me know if the lighting for this set is too dark or too light for people's monitors.

    Thanks.

It's a shade dark on mine. Looks like the ship is lit for night shift with low key lighting.

I just checked my copy of the FJ manual, and it doesn't say anything about this, but I'm sure I remember coming across a mention somewhere that the capacity of these emergency transporters are only possible because they're stripped down compared to the 6-place version — outbound only, no ability to beam in, possibly safety protocols reduced to allow a shorter time between beam-out cycles. Or am I misremembering something from the Scotty's Guide or TNG manuals...?

It is supposed to be for use in get-the-heck-outta-Dodge-NOW situations, after all. Consider the accepted difference in safety between climbing out of your plane on the ground and pulling the stripey handle when the recycler vents into the Jeffries tube.

They're probably the ones Matt Decker used to evacuate his crew.

A long time ago I said I was going to post a pre-TOS bridge (quickly!) but life intervened and I have been unable to work on it for a while. I'm back at it when I can. Here is my WIP on the consoles which will be attached to the outer wall. A nod to a design John Eaves proposed originally for "Enterprise" but which got more angular and greebled up looking before it was built for the show.

    MdBruffy, that's beautiful!

Grinch, I like it. It definitely has a different look to it, which would lend itself to non-Trek renders as well.

    WARNING
Particle transport without safety protocols may result in the destination planet being eaten by hamsters. Use at neighbor's risk.

I've refined my model. I altered the overhead scanner cowling whatever it is, added wall details and a ceiling, and mapped the console to the extent that I can make the little candies different colors. I still need to make some pictures for the display screens.

One thing you might want to consider is some length of corridor outside the doors to help maintain the illusion.

The TMP Cabin is done. I'll try to have the file posted sometime tomorrow for folks.
