expecting Game of Thrones s1 to be delivered today. tracking # says so, but can't believe those anymore.

iz a good day for a chocolate candy bar.

Did you ever contact the Post Office (or was it by UPS?) about it? If it was expected on a certain day and you didn't get it, you should contact them immediately, not just let it go. And if it says it was delivered but you never got it...then the likelihood is high that someone else is grabbing your deliveries.

i opened a case ticket with the post office.

my shipping box that came today with game of thrones, arrived opened with rubber bands holding it together. it's like anarchy of the postal service

I think I'd have some questions about the delivery person. You might want to ask about him/her at your branch. Either that, or someone is getting to your packages before you do. Where are they left? Is it easily accessible to...everybody? Someone might have discovered that you've been doing a lot of ordering and decided they want what you get.

Dimension Theory's latest HDR ProSet, #1. First test with a Genesis character I morphed up with a plethora of sliders.
For some reason this one came with the distant light set so high (60) on shadow softness, shadows weren't even showing up on the ground. After I turned it down to 11, the shadows seemed a good match for the scene. Pays to experiment. :)

Almost time to head into the insanity that is downtown during rush hour on the night of a braves game. And oh yeah, DragonCon starts tonight.

    The good news is DRAGONCON!

If he's made up of lots of morphs, you should post him on http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/27072/ in art zone. Its a great place to post renders of your characters you've made :)

...agh too many sales. Carrara 8.5 Pro upgrade, Eva1's shaders on sale, big sale at Rendo on closeout items, and now Corel is doing a pre-release special for PSPX6 which has 64 bit support and offers compatibility with Photoshop plugins (I think they're looking to cash in on those who don't care to work in the "Adobe Cloud").

I need to win the Lotto by this weekend to afford it all.

*Reminds myself how anxious I get when DRAGON shows up in something's name* :P

Hah, stupid issues of mine aside, I remember a mini-comic idea I had tossed around for a while involving a few of my characters (One of whom is a dragon) and how the dragon heard about that convention and got all excited, believing it was a convention for dragons and hoped he could find a mate there. His [human] buddy had to inform him not only was he wrong about what it was, but also that the chances of him finding another dragon there would be dismal at best. (Probably because they tend to avoid human conventions and gatherings, with but a few exceptions)

@The Make Art comment: Hrm, well I was playing around with Indigo a couple nights back but I never did anything with it.

@The Disappearing Wooly conversation: I've said I'd disappear/leave several times, and it never really worked out. I think the longest I've been absent after "quitting" was a few weeks.

Also! There's a clearance sale on Renderosity right now. I picked up a few things (And a airship thingie that reminded me of Treasure Planet's ships. I don;t think I'll ever use it, but the nostalgia forced my hand)
